"Had a great stay"

We decided to go on a weekend trip (me, my wife and our 3 yr. old daughter) not too far from Gurgaon and bumped into Hans resorts online. After reviewing the comments shared by past guests and looking at the pictures, we decided to book it for 2 days and we sure were right. A great place with great food and really courteous staff all over the resort. We will surely be back dont know when but hopefully soon with friends and family. Good outdoor activities for kids makes it a bonus for family travelers. Happy with the services..

nice some improvements can be done to make it better.. overall good experience staff is good.. crowd was too bad. food is okay, nice music and swimming pool. rooms were clean and beautiful. overall good exp. we didn't get evening snacks although it was in our package.

we stayed there for 1 day and the experience was decent. Expected a lot more variety in lunch however, what you get is 1 Non veg dish, 2 veg plus dal and 1 sweet-dish. Good part is that the food was tasty. Then in evening you get chai and pakodas. Late evening you get 2 Non veg and 2 veg snacks with soft drinks and music. Dinner variety is same as lunch. Next day breakfast : Chole Bhature, Poha, Egg bhurji, Parathe, bread butter and juice. Room was good, swimming pool was decent. There is a room with pool table and table tennis, however, the AC was not working there. You can have Camel ride for free between 11 AM to 5 PM. I missed it :P If you go there with decent expectations, then it's alright to spend 1 day.

Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was well behaved and polite The best part was free wifi and breakfast. I recommend this hotek to my friend & family. I would love to visit next time Great work !!!!

We visited Hans Resort for 2 nights 3 days trip. To begin with as promised we were not offered any Welcome drink on arrival. The check-in time was also very long. The corridors stink and the carpeting was all torn and dirty. Their was trash outside every room with boxes full of liquor bottles. The lifts were not working most of the time. We booked 4 rooms and out of them 2 had issues getting locked. We had to leave them as is when heading out of rooms for pool or lunch etc. The central AC was not working in any of them and split A/C's were provided, some of them had no remote control. Bathrooms - Water was coming in a very thin stream and were really really dirty with stains all over due to leaking commode. My friend in other room had to come to other one to take shower. The food was ok. Pool was really small and dirty. Pool Chairs were just for the name sake - dirty and broken. My friend even gave her little daughters spoon and bottles for cleaning and the staff dint return the spoon back and at the time of check out they said that we were taking the Hotel spoons with us which was not true. All and all pathetic room service, our rooms were never cleaned during our 3 days stay even on calling Room Service frequently. No fresh towels were provided for use the next morning and we had to use the same wet towels. The so called Pool Table and TT Room had no A/C working. Only the Karaoke was fine. Even for water and any orders we had to call twice or thrice to get it done. We had to run after them for any of the services. I don't know how are they running such a mess and still were able to stand with a smile and ready to accept all their mistakes. I guess they also knew how Bad they are at serving people.
