The Classio by DLS Hotels

As I booked room direct from there mobile number. The saleswoman MAYA who picked the phone and booked our room. First she promise of breakfast and dinner and hi-tea and we have booking for 2 days and another day she told me that we didn’t include hi-tea of 2 day and the check in was very late at 4:30 pm And we are having 1 year child and we wait for 2 hours on reception and she was treating like we were beggars in front of her and in the hotel. please don’t book your room here and there staff is very bad and service is not good Property staff is very bad and they abuse the guest and even don’t think to book your room here . Guard here make video of guest. And rooms are dirty and they even don’t have proper staff to manage the property and untrained staff also and not have the addicate to talk. They don’t give the things at the time of checkin what they promise

We had an amazing stay at DLS Classio.. they have cooperative and friendly staff, the location is on road, near by to major tourist spots, auto stand is at 500m from the hotel. They have hassle free valet parking (basement parking). Rooms were clean, sanitised and food was tasty. Definitely a hotel to stay in if you are looking from ample parking space, near by to tourist spots, good variety of food and excellent service.

It was a great experience the staff was too much courteous.. They always had a smile on face. I was there with group of 18 Students whole group was happy. The food quality was top notch. The team was ready for the service 24x7. Would surely recommend for further tours.

Best hotel in this area in this price with the nice room setup. The nature of every staff member was too good . The quality of the food was the best . Their every services are very fast like housekeeping and etc. Thank you. ’’
