It was a very good experience with this hotel. The hotel is not having any restaurant they have a balcony in that they used to serve food. Staff were very good. It was very difficult to find the hotel.

We cant even say that it is a hotel because it is entirely made on a single floor, which makes it very small. The place has no restaurant, it is not at all value for money. I would never recommend such a bad place to anybody i know.

Mapple Inn a decent place to try. It has lot of wood work although it is simple. The TV was in poor state though. Otherwise it was a decent experience :).

The hotel is located at Wagholi on Nagar highway having ease of reach to Pune or Ranjangao MIDC. Food is good, though costly. Rooms are big, but needs maintenance. Entrance is decorative with goddess welcoming the guests. Amenities are standard with average service.

We booked this place for a wedding. Booked almost entire hotel for the guests based on some inputs. Awful service poor quality food, very arrogant staff especially one of the manager by the name Vivek! Height of un professionalism was put on show, these cheats allotted one of our room to someone and neutralised our e- key card without even us checking out! Will never recommend ever.

Decent Decent

Decent Hotel with reasonable price. The rooms are clean and modern looking with basic amenities. However. there are signs of wear and tear. The bedsheet that we got was teared and also the walls were not properly done. The in house food service is decent. There is also a dhaba in the premise and the food there is pretty good. The breakfast spread was okay in terms of the number of items and also the taste. Overall an average experience

All are very friendly the room was nice the coffee shop their dhaba was very good. Special thanks to Mr VIVEK for his kind help. we will come soon. thanks to all staff of your team. Stayed at the Mapple Pune for a night on 17-18 Feb 2016, was on a business trip. The deluxe room that had been booked was extremely spacious for the price. The room was sparsely though adequately furnished, giving it an empty look, some signs of wear and tear like broken and cracked tiles were present. Though the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The Mapple's location on the highway makes it a natural choice for the numerous Industries nearby, the airport is also not too far away. Dining options were limited with a rather drab indoor restaurant and a lively outdoor space with music and comfortable seating, almost everyone preferred the outdoor restaurant, though the staff made several errors and delays in getting the bill. The buffet breakfast was adequate but wasn't a large spread as expected. The service was a letdown, after checking in no one offered to show us to our rooms, at checkout a lot of time was wasted making the bill, prompt service is expected of a hotel serving business clientele which was lacking. The absence of frills may be an issue for longer stays but for 1-2 nights it didn't matter. The convenient location and competitive pricing are this hotel's major plus points. For stays longer than 2 nights I would recommend a different place but if all you need is a reasonably comfortable place to sleep for a few nights, the Mapple should do the job.
