The deluxe single room was average and basic. Staffs were good in their service. The breakfast was also fine. It was just an average stay in this hotel.

Hotel is very well located in the main city. Our room was decent with all the facilities. Staff was quick and prompt in their service. Only the breakfast was tasteless in taste. It was a comfortable stay.

This is an average hotel with rooms which are not well maintained. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The ambience and the food quality at the restaurant was poor and the food was not at all tasty. The service was not good and prompt as the orders were delayed. This hotel is centrally located in the city hence it is easier to locate and the surroundings were good. The hotel differs from the pictures shown on the website. It is not upto the mark and not a good value for money.

Location; The Hotel is having a central location near 5 roads and ts very convenient to move in and out of the city from here. Service: The room service is totally non existent, as I never got the tea ordered to my room neither in the evening. Even after bringing this to notice at the reception the next day morning order tea order was never served. Room Quality; The room quality can be said to be average as the bead was clean and done neatly, but the toilet had the bucket and the mug to be very dirty... seems no one complained ever... BreakFast: The break fast options were good and the sambhar was tasty. Yes I also got the very required tea in the complimentary breakfast.

wifi not working, though tariff includes wifi. Complimary break fast not good - Idli did not boil properly, Dosa - Full of oil.
