I cannot comment on my hotel stay because I could not stay at the booked hotel. When I reached the hotel I was informed by the manager that the hotel was full and no room was available. The travel guru guys had contacted him just half an hour ago asking if any room was vacant. They were told that no room was vacant. So I had to find myself a hotel. I did that on my own but no telephone yet from travelguru to apologize or offer alternate accommodation. So finally I called them. Nobody answered the phone. About five hours later a guy from travelguru called me asking if I liked the alternate arrangement. I told him that no one called me for alternate arrangement. I asked for a full refund which the guy said I would get.
