Our first visit to Shillong, booked through Lalit tours and travels. (Well curated itinerary)
The hotel was not disappointing, but for the distance from the main market. And the entrance is quiet narrow.
The rooms were very clean, spacious and neatly tucked in bed.
Service too is good, we had a broken faucet, in our toilet. The same was replaced by the Staff immediately.
Breakfast was simple and wholesome.
Would highly recommend if anyone looking out for a budget friendly hotel.
Just the right choice.
Had plumbing issues but they were attended to, does not have a lift and dining is arranged on the terrace. It is located a little away from the noise of the city but doesn't really have a great view either. Overall a decent stay.

We have stayed in Super deluxe room of this property for two nights during winter.
1.Rooms were clean.
2.surrounding area quite.
3.Floors were too cold.No wooden flooring or carpet. They did not provide slippers.
4.No bed side table.
5.No table for keeping small stuffs.
6.No place to keep luggage.
7.Windows are not proper air tight.It makes the room very cold.
8.No base platfrom in bathroom to keep toiletries.
9.They provide low quality toiletries.That too very minimum.
9.No hot water in basin.
10.No exhaust in toilet.
11.Food super costly in comparison to quality.
12.Location far from police bazar.Taxi fare Rs.400-500 both side total.
13.Staffs were good.
14.Not much options for breakfast.
15.This is kind of homestay. 1RK arrangement.
It's not worthy at a range of Rs.5000-Rs.5500.
There are numerous things to improve.It's a true example of current Indian hospitality.Pay Like Europe and service like 'Chalta hai'......

@ avg. ’3500/- per day (incl. breakfast) I think it would have been ok, if it weren’t a room in the basement with no view. Sure, the rooms are well furnished and are spacious, but no view whatsoever. Staff is friendly and courteous. No cloakroom facility. Noodles and veg Manchurian could have been better. . Breakfast is puri, matar ki sabji, halwa, boiled eggs, white bread, tea/coffee full stop, I am not complaining , i quite liked the simplicity. Dining room on the rooftop offers nice 180 degree view. No parking possible. If there is one car already inside, another can’t enter. They have a small swimming pool in the 4th floor, very small, but they have it- good for a summer day, may be. There isn’t anything much nearby. Police bazaar is 4 km away. Laitmukhra is 2 km away and some fine dining restaurants there. The place has no lift so people with disabilities should not chose it. Climbing 6 floors to reach dining room is not convenient. Property is in a residential locality. Some good dine in restaurants are at least a kilometre away. Okay to walk for dinner. Not Bad. Stay there. Please check that you are not given basement rooms, total spoiler of holidays.

Not worth the price, poorly planned interior, was not expecting anything hifi but definitely not a cupboard without any hangar in the middle of the room. The faucet on the left side, mirror not full, a useless kitchen like area, and no hot water inspite of having a geyser. No lift but atrocious breakfast buffet was served at 5th floor with oily half done Parathas, over-ripe bananas, no salt and pepper for eggs, faulty toaster. For senior citizens it is not a place to stay.
