HOTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS BINDING ALL GUESTS :
1) All rooms are different in decor and ambiance Allotted rooms may differ as shown in images on Yatra website Location and floor of room are subject to availability during check-in.
2) Electric kettle and free drinking water bottles were not provided Water from water filter is given.
3) Heater blowers charge Rs 500 plus GST per day.
4) Car parking facility within hotel subject to availability Car parking is at owner s risk. Hotel is not responsible for any loss theft damage caused to your car Car key to be deposited at reception After checkout, parking not allowed Parking arrangement are done by hotel at public parking if there is no space left in hotel Parking fee is reimbursed by us 7 Hot water timing.
5) Booking on CP room breakfast MAP room breakfast dinner meals as per fixed menu will be given Guests having booked on MAP have to order before 9:45 PM Kitchen closes at 10:30 PM Guests arriving late after 9:45 PM can take their dinner on the way We will provide lunch next day in lieu of dinner. Buffet is subject to occupancy of rooms and meals are served as per fixed menu.
6) Hotel located on restricted road next to Military area As per advisory by HP Tourism Dept. and Police for security reasons, room keys are to be deposited at reception while going out. Room keys are also required by staff for cleaning or in emergency like short circuits, etc Lock your luggage before leaving room.
7) For stains of food paan and shoe polish on sofa curtains linen, etc the guest will pay dry cleaning charges For cigarette burn marks on blankets mica sofas, etc writing on wooden paneling furniture walls, etc stains of paan and shoe polish or any other kind of disfigurement, the full cost of damaged item when new will be recovered, including labour charges.
8) Hotel not answerable responsible against inconvenience caused beyond their control during sudden failure of electricity, elevator, cable TV, intercom, geyser water, labor unrest, etc. No discounts or concessions will be given on room charges and food bills under such circumstances.
