Club MAhindra Kandaghat is an excellent resort with beautifully manicured lawns.The landscape is breathtaking.Hotel has excellent facilities.The staff is couteous,the food is good.There are lots of activities one can indulgein.Only shortcoming is absence of swimming pool.Overall i enjoyed my stay at Kandaghat hotel.

Disappointing  for parents !! Disappointing for parents !!

Review on behalf of my parents. My parents (Senior Citizen) have visited several Club Mahindra resorts and had similar expectations from this one too. Check in :- At the time of check-in, generally club Mahindra offers a mild welcome drink to the guests which was offered to other guests when my parents where checking Inn, but to their dismay they felt completely avoided as no one came to ask for their luggage let alone a welcome drink. The person at the reception asked them to wait and they were kept waiting in the lobby for several minutes before they were attended. Room:- I had booked studio room for them, the room though had good interior but was without a view. It is expected from a resort like club Mahindra to offer better rooms at least in the lean season to guests when they are available And now the Worst, Food :- the club Mahindra boasts of having a professional staff, unfortunately this was not the case here. The food was abysmal. When they ordered for rice, the waiter banged the rice on the table and went away. Being a club Mahindra I feel bad that they employed such unprofessional staff at the resort. The restaurant never cared to make a suggestion with respect to good and bore a careless attitude towards the guests. The staff did not even know the manner to even take the food order from guests, they were completely ignorant towards their basic needs. Sterling Kufri: On this trip, my parents also had a two night stay at the new sterling resort at Kufri. The resort and hospitality was completely opposite to what was expected. They expected a very experience, but in fact got a very special treatment in every possible way be it room or food or outdoor activities. My father spoke to manager and got to know that most of the staff at sterling kufri belonged to club Mahindra. I think it's high time club Mahindra needs to over haul their kandaghat resort.

The rooms and amenities are very good. Some rooms have fantastic views. Some rooms have no views at all and can be disappointing. Excellent activities available on the resort and for children. The restaurant is disappointing with the food being average. The prices for the liquor is exorbitantly costly.

Awesome 3rd experience. Kanika at reception was a pleasure to talk and she recognized us even after so many months..Smooth hassle free check-in. Mr. Raj at F &B was courteous enough to arrange for a dinner of 10 people around closing hours. We appreciate this gesture. Chef Sagar as always puts up a nice selection of dishes for dinner and breakfast. Their Live counters are worth waiting in queue :)

Visited kandaghat in feb for 25th anniversary celebration of my parents and must say the resort made us awstruck with its beauty and ready to help staff. Special thanks to mr. Pradeep for his courteousness, Must say he sings and dances really well . We stayed at 1BR room and it was very well maintained . They even decorated the bed when we were out with flower petals . Food was awsome , best food in club mahindra resort till date . They even organized a dj night and himali dance performance by the staff members itself . Resort is very well maintained and a must visit club mahindra resort. Thank you club mahindra kandaghat for making our stay wonderful.

This was my second trip to this awesome Club Mahindra Resort. Check in was very very smooth, thanks to front office team Sumit ,Kanika and their colleagues. They welcomed very warmly with kashmiri tea-Kawa. The resort manager Samik Sarkar was very hostile. It is one of the best resorts of Club Mahindra. Room was very spacious and everything was taken care nicely by Mr. Vijay Bhatia and his team. I went along my cousin who had his wedding anniversary during the trip,so the staff gifted us very delicious cake for celebration. Shivratri was also celebrated in evening very religiously. The food was very tasty,thanks to Chef sagar and team. In all,the trip was very luxurious and fun.

Demo Trip Studio Rooms in lower blocks are quieter, have a nice valley view but w/o Bath Tub. To enjoy warm dip in bath tub go for room in 1st Block.
