First of all, the hotel is at a height so you have to take nearly 40 very narrow stairs which barely would fit ourselves. Secondly, there was no person from the hotel to help carry the luggage. Third, the rooms are really really small and squeezed. Location of the hotel is good but would be better if the staff had taken good care of their guests.

booked through a travel agent and had no idiea that this is going to be a terrible experience in my comple shimla-manali trip. The first dissapointment was that we were left on the road waiting for the hotel staff to get our luggage to our room, moving up to the steep steps was a tiresome job only to find the rooms to be extra small in size barely to walk in....then comes the buffet part which too was a complete turnoff with no tast and even no space for proper dine....the staff werelike ready for an argument if asked for something.........I wish if there was a provision to write a review with a half star or no stars at all. Satuatory warning: Do not opt for this hotel.

Rooms are ok but little bit congested. Staff are not very helpful - The person who came to receive us from the cab just took only two luggages and asked us to carry the rest. Similarly while vacating also he just dropped the luggages at the last step of the stair case and he didn't even care for crossing the road. Dining Space is really horrible with only room for 16 - 20 people very narrow and makes you wonder whether you are a welcome guest to this hotel. Management staff simply watching with no initiative to request the guests to come after some time. It is one of the worst dining experiences we had. The room allotted was wet with new paint and horrible smell. I had terrible time removing the wet paint from my hand after I accidentally touched the wall.

we stay in this hotel from 24th to 26th April. there is no parking available, no proper restaurant, no lift ( Hotel it self and all rooms are very difficult to reach with luggage). the worst thing is there is very less or almost no hot water facility in the Hotel. one bucket of hot water you have to wait for 45 minutes with family you will spend half of your morning in just waiting for Hot water !!!! Avoid to stay in this Hotel. Bhavin Shah

a very quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent view of the City from the hotel is much appreciated.Choice of food needs to be reviewed .Presentation of food can be made more appealing.Labelling of Food served on BUFFET service coud be very useful to the guests.
