We are Travel specialists and had suggested 2 options to our Guests for Shimla, out of that they selected Quality Inn himdev. We booked this hotel room through Travel Guru, as we found best rates with them. As a general practice, we reconfirm our bookings with hotel just to be doubly sure that the guests are not put in inconvenience after reaching there. While reconfirming Quality Inn we were surprised that the Hotel manager was saying without checking that they do not hold the booking. It was really taxing as all other hotels of that category were sold out. After checking with Travel Guru, we were promised that they will find out and let us know asasp and they confirmed that they have already confirmed the booking with reception. After rechecking we were told that the booking is there. We give credit to Travel Guru for their efficiency. After our guest checked in the hotel, they complained about the smelly rooms, again we had to follow up with the hotel for changing the room.

Our stay was excellent with good rooms and service was perfect. But its far from the town everytime we need to take a taxi to reach the market.

The staffs were very slow in their service. Room service was slow. Hotel has restaurant were I had my food it was horrible in taste. Rooms were dirty, the cleanliness was missing in the room.

Trip arranged by Veena World. We stayed for two nights in peak winter season. There was no proper mechanism to heat the room. Heater provided was very weak and got off in the middle of night. No way to get replacement. Requested for second heater then they asked 300 bugs for the same. Next day morning we requested for room cleaning, when we come back in evening it was as it is in messy state, even towels were also not changed. Food was pretty average. One star is for working staff, rest is pathetic. I don't recommend this hotel for family stay.

he size of the rooms is small, the view from the rooms not that gr8, very far from mall road, the food is very good and tasty. The staff is helpful and always smiling which I welcome. The bathrooms are clean but slightly dysfunctional as the sink was leaking all through my stay. The wifi is free but hardly accessible. The steep entrance is discouraging. It is OK if u are traveling in a car.

I have stayed here for two nights in November 2016. I reached there at late in night.... So tired..... But receptionist gave us warm welcome.... Very smooth check in...... Delicious food in dinner and breakfast..... Good service....

Everything is like 20 to 30 years old. We asked for the heater they denied and gave us extra blanket and it is worsen then the blanket we get in indian train. Government hospitals have better rooms and facilities. Please avoid this hotel.

Hi , Being as a tour escort I "Sajeev Ali " often travel a lot with my group . I recently stayed here the on 8th July 16'. One of my group member (stayed in room no. 203 requested at the reception to provide water bottle at night around 21:30 but none of them provided the same even after reminded them several times from my side also. They Don't have enough staff even during the peak season so if you are staying in this hotel then don't expect much services. Restaurant food is average .WiFi in the hotel is free but never works in room except lobby. Location of the Hotel is good , one can enjoy the view . Rooms are spacious. In Washroom they have fixed time for hot water so don't expect the same if you are checking out too early morning .
