What are you expecting at this price? Location: Located near High court of Shimla. After landing from Toy Train I went through Mall Road (Tourist attraction) to the hotel. The hotel 2 km from railway station may be less but not much lesser. I arrived at 7 o'clock. Reception: Nothing much shocking, no body was there, after looking here & there I found a doorbell near door which I pressed twice and thrice but of no use. It is because the bell was located near reception but no one was there. I waited for 20 minutes in damn cold while searching for travelguru number to call. At the same time few people came out of there room, from whom I get the cell no. of manager. After I called him and manager showed his face. Room: I booked for standard double bed room, but he provided me standard triple bed room. I asked him for water he pointed towards a jug full of water kept before my arrival, don't know which day it was kept there. After he went outside I took the towel in hand, Ahaha towel was smelling like rotten fish. I threw the towel and called the reception but manager was gone once again. I called on his cell, He asked me to go and the towel from reception. I was so tired after 48 hrs journey I fell asleep instantly. Morning I saw bed sheet and pillow cover (all are of dark color) was not been washed for month or may be for year. Washroom: Was clean and hygiene. The room was equipped with geyser. I vacated the hotel at 8 am called manager after 10 minute of waiting he send the boy. In Indian hotel you may get hot water to bath but not hot water to drink.

well i booked hotel sansaar because i wanted all four of us friends to be in the same room but i must say that i regretted my booking when i landed there. the room was not clean. the bedsheet was not clean. the floor was not swept and even the geyser had some problem. the service was poor as the reception was never occupied by the deputed man. every time there was some requirement, we had to ring the bell and wait for the guy to come. they did not even provide us a bill! though we did not mind much coz we were engrossed in enjoying shimla most of the time and were not in the room but the moment we reached, it felt pay so much and get such unclean room. the walls had spider cobwebs all around. all in all a bad one.. loss of money is what you tend to feel.
