The Zion

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel with an incredible view of Shimla. Both day and night, we could see the entire city laid out before us’it was truly stunning. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The service was excellent; the staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was also quite good, and we enjoyed every meal. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to experience Shimla with a view!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel . We were very much welcomed with open hearts. The food was amazing at the hotel We took both the buffet breakfast and the dinner and it was mouthwatering. The service team was also gem. Every one is the team is highly professional but I would like mention more about Dolly and Ajay Jolta both were very prompt and understanding. I loved my stay and would like to visit again soon. ’’’’

We stayed here for two days. It was a comfortable stay and the hotel had a pleasant ambiance and they had heaters everywhere ( reception, restaurant) . The food was good ’’’’ The staffs were friendly. The rooms ( executive) had a great view..

It is a very bad hotel, the food here is not fresh and it taste very bad. The service is that bad that we were not given a blanket, so we asked them to give blanket and they refused to give us. In our friends room the tv already had a scratch and we gave them proof that it was already scratched. And they charged a 10,000 rupees fine on us and we had to pay. The flush of a toilet was not even working.

In terms of rooms and service it's good ..but the food is not upto the mark. Everytime I go there, I get disappointed just because of the food they offer.
