Location was beautiful. Our room was well furnished with all the necessities. The staff members were well behaved, even the food served was decent. It is worth the money.

I was aghast at the facilities of this hotel. The hotel does not have central heating system. Only one electric room heater was provided, when asked for the second one, the answer was , if we put two heaters, the power trips. There was no generator back up for almost two hours and the answer was "our operator will come after two hours" The hot water was not available in our room. Finally the room was changed. In breakfast, same dishes were being served for three mornings. There was no variety. We checked out after two nights wasting the money for the third night. For the price charged the hotel is absolutely TERRIBLE. We do not suggest this hotel to anyone, at least in the winters.

Rooms were basic not so great. I did not liked the food of the restaurant it was bad in taste needs improvement. I can only see the pine trees not the valley view from the room. Room service was bit slow but other staffs were co-operative and helpful.

Rooms were so neat and clean. Staffs were very good and helpful in their work. I had my breakfast in the hotel restaurant and dinner. Highly recommendable.
