IN FACT , I COULD NOT AVAIL THIS STAY , AS I HAVE TO RUSHED BACK HOME AND CANCEL MY TRIP.I ASKED TRAVELGURU TO CANCEL MY HOTEL BOOKING 72HRS IN ADVANCE , WHICH WAS REFUSED. AS PER YOUR STAFF HOTEL SAI PALACE HAS NOT SUCH FACILITY. I WAS EXPECTING AT LEAST 75% REFUND. TWO DAYS BEFORE I STAYED AT FORTUNE ,TIRUPATI.IT WAS VERY GOOD STAY AND I ENJOYED MUCH. IN ALL RESPECT IT WAS WORTH ITS COST. THANKS. S.L.MALHOTRA

Hotel room is not good as compared to the rent of room. No proper arrangement of the bath room like taps are not properly functioning.

My room here was a bit small with comparison to the money i payed but then overall i had a decent stay in this property. There were no complaints with the management. The room service & food were satisfactory as well. This is an above average property.

Terrible experience. Unfriendly and rude manager. Never had such a bad experience in any other hotel in world. Will never recommend anyone to stay here. Washrooms were so unclean and in bad state. View was pathetic. This hotel is not close to mandir. There are much better hotels in close proximity to mandir.

Hotel is good by distance from temple. Upkeep is okay. Food is average. Overall experience is fair value for money. The ambience is just like an Inn. It fails to offer an ambience of good hotel for family stay.

Unclean. unhelpful. Unhappy. Tgis place was bad . the service was bad. The help at front desk was bad and the wifi never worked. Please look for another hotel. The desk will not help with geting your pass at the mandir

Neat clean place.with helpful staff.. Good complimentary breakfast..with a wide range of options.. Hotel is well located.close to temple main gate as well as main road.. Several dining options in the vicinity Good for a night stay
