whenenever any body is checking in with wife , room should be with double bed, not with two seperate single beds

A stay you relish with delicious food and Harsh there the chef to your side always. The stay of two days was very satisfying and shall love to come here again n again whenever get a chance. Harsh along with the team at the orchid restaurant and other staff as well have been really appreciating.

Overnight stay for a group of 60. Check in was smooth due to flexible staff. Dinner was excellent. Rooms were a bit sparsely placed. But then they were decent. The breakfast spread in the morning was too good. Covered most cuisines around. North, south. Both. Parking was a bit inconvenient as the cars are parked behind the hotel and the walk was a bit inconvenient.

not hotel with all facilities but definetly not a 5 star property as it claims siliguri there is no 5 star hotel ...all max 3 star properties so don't expect much....hotel is clean with all facilities like good complimentary breakfast,good wifi,gymnasium(which is must to do in my list)...but location is little far

1. Sprawling, neat, exquisitely maintained property. Pleasing Decor. 2. Rooms are tidy, spaciously compact. (Bathrooms need Sheet Panel for Shower Cubicle to prevent spillage). Rooms provide view of Serene hills - what else one needs. 3. Choicest variety of delicacies in Orchid Restaurant, but mughlai needs slight refinement of spices used in recipe). Restaurant Stewardess are politely efficient. 4. Housekeeping is prompt and honour you like real guest. 5. Lastly, Mr Arvind, Front Office Manager is an asset for Hospitality Industry - it's men like him who make venues' reputation; the man is extremely generous and humane : wholesome commitment to his job par excellence !
