The location of the hotel is very good as it is situated in the city centre where all shopping and other facilities are easily available. However, the facilities provided by the hotel could be rated as Average only. There was nothing special in the so called 'Deluxe Room' provided by the hotel. Even Wi Fi is not available in the room. Since the timings of my train were such that I reached the hotel a little earlier and requested to provide the facility of a wash room only for about half an hour so that I could fresh up and leave for city visit thereafter but even though the spare rooms were available, my request was turned down.

We visited this hotel during Christmas weekend for 1 night, I must say I was rather impressed with the Hotel at the first sight. Things which really look good were good location and cleanliness (yes that was good). But what really dampen the experience was service at the restaurant. It took good 45 mins to serve lunch. We were so hassled (i was travelling with my wife, kid & parents) that we opted for outside restaurant in night. We expect it to be better in morning break fast, but it was not the case. So 3 stars are for location & cleanliness only.

We went there for 31st Night. Do not take Room no 206, Because if Electricity goes off, that room is not connected to Generator. Do not have Food here in the Hotel, Food has got no taste and is waste of Money. Serving service is worst and too much time consuming, It took them 45 odd minutes to serve us Tea & Bread Butter. The worst part is, They don't have " First Aid Box", No Pain-killer spray or Medicine.

The hotel being Pure Veg ....actually has a limited options for food. Room quality needs a lot of improvement. Cleanliness is the main aspect which will piss you off.Probably the only hotel in Silvassa to still have CRT 14inches TV boxes and with only one music channel on their DTH connection. Room service is quick but the food quality is below average.

I booked for two days but quit overnight. Somehow spent one night. Booked another hotel and moved out. Cheap and dirty hotel on street. Following issue observed in the hotel - Dirty Room and dirty toilet - Room has patches all around (see pic) - Toilet seat and accessories are very old. Cheap flooring. - Wash room unclean on check-in. (see pic) - Car parking is not owned by hotel. Its and open space on the street to park. - No security guard for parked cars - Cost I paid for room was Rs. 1900 /- per day. The room is not worth Rs. 900 /- - Service is cheap. The reception counter started arguing for extra bedding. - Bedding had holes in it. - Cheap Room. - Old and broken AC. AC Display broken. - Two youngsters around age 24 were at the reception. They don't know how to behave with customers. Advice Don't waste your money and peace of mind. Find some other good hotel. See photos for room review.

Demo Trip Before you check-in make sure you check all the taps and flush are working. There is facility for hot and cold water. TV, AC and other electronic devices are functioning.
