I booked the hotel to stay from 26th to 28th. Due to delay in travel there I wanted to change the dates to 27th to 29th. When I called on 25th they said they would process the request in 24 hrs. They didn't reply in 24 hrs. I had to call again . They said its not possible to change the dates as no room availability on 28th.Then I called the hotel directly they said rooms are available but I have come to travelguru. When I told them I already called travelguru . They said travelguru has to send a request and they havn't received any request. I again called travelguru, their service team didn't take the call. They forwarded mail which said request can't be processed. Then I called hotel senior manager, first they were reluctant to give him the call. He finally agreed to change the dates. I don't think this much calling back and forth was needed for such a simple request.We were traveling in car while calling them .None of them bothered to return our calls. After we finally checked in the rooms were good. The housekeeping was not satisfactory. They had put smelly hand towels on second day. They didn't clear the dustbin on second day. There was no in room dining menu provided. We also had to call reception many times to get the wifi connection , which was to be complimentary. There was no valet parking staff most of the time. We had to serch for the car in dirty basement. On 27th night due to marriage reception there was too much delay in going up and down in the lift, even though the reception was on the first floor. No parking was available for us . Dining experience was good . Service was good. Only during breakfast they were slow in putting new table cutlery when earlier guest have finished eating on that table.

The overall ambience was very satisfing the satff was courteous and very nice.after a long drive from mumbai we felt very rested and had avery pleasant stay the check in and check out was very smoothly carried out and the overall experience was very very good

Demo Trip the higher the rooms the better is the view .Just the sound from the neighbours TV could be a source of disturbance.
