I wanted a stay in solapur for the family trip to nearby places e.g. Akkalkot / tuljapur also wanted to stay near main city.. So i came across this hotel The overall experience was good. Their payment procedures were not synchronized and i faced some inconvenience due to their internal communication gap while checked in and needed to pay 100 bucks extra at check out due to buggy billing. Pros: - Location .. very centrally located and almost walk-able to main marker and siddheshwar temple. - Room rates are reasonable compared to nearby hotels - Staff is very much friendly and co-operative. - on first floor, they have their own Dining hall (Sheetal dining hall) which serves decent food... So no need to go anywhere for food. - though complimentary Breakfast has limited items, they are tasty and serves its purpose. -Closed parking available - Very good connectivity and public transport easily available. cons: - Main road touch, So roadside rooms are bit noisy - Some rooms needed maintenance for some basic amenities (Bathroom floor leak & room Locking system non-functional :O (I had changed one of my rooms twice due to that ) - Buggy and non-synchronized billing. Tips based on my experience: - If you are with family with small kids avoid third floor ... as The passage on third floor which sits directly above reception area is quite risky for small kids. (It has safety barricade / grill, but gaps are big enough to make it risky for kids as they tend to run here and there) - road side rooms are noisy.. so if you want peaceful stay.. ask for non road side rooms. -Billing was non-synchronized for my case.. so my suggestion is to carry all you booking / discount related mails... and bills (if any) with you. - I visited solapur on the Day of "Shivjayanti" (which is celebrated enthusiastically in solapur) .. the road on which this hotel is located was closed for vehicles for procession which starts at 4 pm till midnight 12.30.. so plan your visit accordingly

This hotel was recommended by one of my colleague.It was quite a nice stay for a night stay, The rooms were quite neat and the staff was was also quite friendly.Good things which i liked was:-- The restaurant ppl kept calling regularly to come for breakfast. I was getting late so requested them to send a small breakfast in room which they served without any fuss which is normally not a case in may hotels. The room was clean and the quite comfortable. Areas were they can improve:-- The hotel lift was not working many times. It is quite a tedious and tiring job to carry luggage two floors up I did not see any guard or person to carry the luggage up. While checking out also i had to carry luggage down myslef

We had booked 2 rooms in advance for 11/12/2016 for one day - early morning check in and same day late evening check out. My experience of the hotel has been provided in detail below: 1. We had informed that we would be arriving at hotel around 7.30 am. However, since our train was late by 1.5 hours, we could reach the hotel only around 9. Yet, we did not get the rooms immediately as we were informed the rooms were not ready. Although we were allotted one room immediately in 10 minutes, allotment of second room took half an hour. I just wondered that had we arrived on time, then we would have had to wait for 2 hours for a room to be ready despite advance booking! 2. Till the second room was allotted, we all checked into one room which was small and hardly had manoeuvring space. We got fresh and moved for the breakfast. Breakfast was arranged in a conference room which was double the size of two hotel rooms. It barely accommodates 20 pax. If more pax come for the breakfast, then they have to stand and eat. Few Sr. Citizen also had to stand and eat. Buffet breakfast was utter chaos. Poha, Idly, Medu Wada, Misal and Toast Bread. It was attached to a small pantry. Most of the food frequently came from the below restaurant and was unloaded in the buffet platters. So at times, people had to wait for the food to come. Tea & Coffee was served but had no mention what is what. It was not a peaceful way of doing breakfast. It would have been better if they could have arranged breakfast in their own run below restaurant. 3. On going back to our rooms, we realised that the housekeeping had not provided us the toiletries including towels. This is a fundamental mistake by the management. We had to follow up for the same to be provided. 4. While we started to get going to our business for the rest of the day, we asked for the keys of the room. To my shock, they didn't provide anybody with the keys citing the reason that their access controlled keys were up for software upgradation. So all the rooms were access only by master keys which were all the time in their possession. This was again a fundamental mistake. 5. We did not take a chance of eating in their restaurant based on mornings experience and we checked out little early to have dinner else where. 6. The location is strictly okay. As you drive towards it from station, you see the huge board of the hotel on the building. But you just do not locate the canopy / entrance portico. That is because it doesn't have any! The reception lobby is at 2nd floor and you have to take a lift to go to the second floor. 7. I do not have any complain against their staff as they did their best to make us comfortable. However the basic mistakes that are in place is the responsibility of senior management who run this business. 8. Such service or facility can be acceptable if the rates of this hotel are between 1200 - 1500 but not for a hotel that charges 2400! 9. Rooms are fine. Interiors are good - may be to divert your attention away from other deficient service and facilities. Few years back, I had stayed in City Park hotel and that was much better in terms of pricing and services and hygiene. But looking at current rankings of the hotels on Tripadvisor, I opted for this hotel and repent my decision.

I have booked my stay at this hote for 12/12/16 & checkin time was 12 pm but I reached early by 9 am hotel arranged my checkin early staff is full supportive & tyres to help customer in there best way mr Shivaji is the Incharge who is Handels customer due to some urgent FAMILY reason i have to check out on same night & he help me with food which was not there in my booking so in place of my breakfast which was on 13 th morning the arrange lunch for me as I have to checkout early Thanks for the service Rooms are very good & location of hotel is in good area

Demo Trip Rooms which are not facing the main road will be silent, but no view from that rooms. Rooms on 4th floor, facing main road have good view.
