I would like to thank the manager, Mr Kasel and his team for their excellent service rendered. I was on solo trip from 4th -7 th Jan. As Srinagar just started its snowfall, I was shaking in cold when I checked in.It was Mr Kasel who upgraded me to a bigger room without me requesting. When the staff came to deliver my dinner and saw me shivering, he took the initiative to provide me a 2nd electric heater.That worked better than the central heater in the room. Due to the bad weather, my flights was cancelled and I had to extend my stay. Seeing how badly affected I was, the staffs keep checking on me asking if I needed any drink or anything to make me feel better. This is the kind of hospitality & concern that is rare to get these days .They did not even demands any tips, like what I experienced frequently during my India trip. During this period, there are power failures but hotel management would assure me and let me know how long more it will take. At a place where foreigners like me cannot get an internet SIM card, their WIFI connects perfectly even when there is no light or heat. These things are what made me safe and I cant imagine myself being in other hotels during this period of time. One feedback though is to improve in room dining menu.Half of the menu are not available No various selection of coffee or tea either. If only weather was good, I would walk 2 mins to get a better cup of coffee.But as almost all shops were closed, hot chocolate during winter wld be sooo nice!

I stayed there for 02 nights & it was very good experience.. Food was delicious & hospitality was also good. Its near to Lal Chowk so shopping area you will find in your walking distance... General Manager &staff all are very polite.

Due to my business visits I visit to Srinagar every month and stay in this hotel . This is very good hotel ,neat and clean well furnished rooms, tidy bath room and nice ambience. Food is good, and best thing it is centrally located and well connected. Staff is very cooperative specially I would mention the name Of Mr Imtiaz who is one point of contact for every help you require. I would highly recommend this hotel for safe,comfortable and affordable stay in Srinagar.

We were fortunate to get upgrades to super deluxe rooms though we had booked deluxe, due to some error on their part. The hotel is on the upper 2 floors of a mall, and the people running it are friendly. About the rooms - they were spacious and clean, with basic amenities. There was no 24 hour hot water supply and after several calls to reception, they turned it on for us. Food is quite decent, though service was pretty slow. The location is average as it is not close to the dal lake, but we were fine with that as we had already stayed on the lake previously. Wi Fi connection was poor. Overall, I'd recommend it for a short stay in srinagar.
