Hii i had stay 02 nights in Butter Fly hotel & This hotel is near to dal lake & its Hospitality is too good. Rooms are comfortable; totally deluxe feeling; not too expensive. Good part is - their food services are too good. Food is available as per your taste and at reasonable rates.& all hotel staff is well profesional & gud manner.

The most worst hotel I ever seen. No cleanness at all,toilets were in worst conditions, dusty, hopeless service, all the staff were so much greedy of tips but no service. Never go if you want to enjoy Kashmir.

Unluckily this was the hotel that was chosen for us to spend three nights. Extremely bad. Please change your hotel if this is the one that has been given. WiFi is not available. Main current keeps going which means most of the time only one light in a room would work. Manager of the hotel is extremely rude. Room: The first room that had been given was so dingy. We asked for a room change and got a bigger room. Then we realise that the room stinks of vomit. We asked for room change and was not heard. The room was so unhygienic. When asked for room cleaning, towels were not changed but the wet ones were folded and kept back. Soap, toilet paper, dustbin, flask were not available. The glasses kept on the table were full of dust and dirt. Toilet was even worse. The seat cover of the closet was completely broken. Restaurant: Same food was served on all three days. There was no change in menu. The restaurant area is so unclean that you would not even want to look down. The floor looks that it hasn't been swept for months. Please avoid this hotel!

We stayed here for 4 days. We booked three rooms and all accomodation was taken up through "make my trip" However we felt this was the worst hotel that could be given to us. 1. The rooms that were alloted to us were horrible and then we had to ask for a change in the rooms. 2. The cleanliess of the rooms are extremely unsatisifactory and poor. 3. The carpets are never cleaned 4. The taps and the showers do not work in the toilets. 5. They hotel do not ensure the rooms are clean even if we specifically tell them to clean the rooms . 6. The towels are not changed. 7. The electricity power trips frequently. 8. No wifi even if they state the same on their website. 9. One of the rooms was smelling so bad and still they were not ready to change the rooms. 10. Food was good however they never changed the menu in the evening and it was the same food we ate over and over for 4 days. 11.Some of the staff was cordial like the waiter named Tausir who tried his best to change the status of the rooms whenever called. However, we are deeply unhappy with the hotel.

I travelled srinagar between 27th April and 1st may,i booked this hotel in hurry just by advantage of the location of this hotel.27th i checked in,No electricity in room(through generator only few bulbs running),no hot water,very low lighting in room,broken bulb covers.some how we managed,when light came,and i went to bed for rest i found bed plywood is broken and giving horrible sound.immediately informed to reception,and the funny part is instead of replacing it or changing the room,they started repairing it in front of us.we were tired and waiting for sleep but no ways.After 15-20 mints they repaired it.When i asked for mineral water they charged 15/- extra for 15/- bottle(mrp),when i checked their travel desk for srinagar & gulmarg sightseeing charges they said 2200/- for tavera for one day so 4400/- for 2 days.when i checked outside its 1800/- everywhere,so even though you are staying in their hotel they don't hesitate to cheat you by offering much higher price than market price.Finally i negotiated and booked tavera for 2 days.During checkout i asked for travel bill,they didn't provided me by giving various excuses.I had to catch flight,i was getting delayed so dint argued much.For drop to airport also they asked for 800/- which is too high then normal charges.Overall i feel they are not tourist friendly,they feel like they have to earn money from you where ever its possible.Hotel restaurant food is horrible,i had chicken biryani there and they gave me fried chicked with yellow fried rice.... can u imagine.I would say stay away from this hotel,they are unprofessionals.

Demo Trip Triple and 4 Bedded Rooms have very good Bathrooms and Toilets (Huge Space and clean)

Demo Trip All rooms are good, but there are 2,3,4 bedded rooms which are not clearly shown during online booking(only two or four bedding option), but you can always talk to them and they will accomodate you if rooms are vacant.
