Basic value Basic value

As with many budget hotels in this part of the world, rooms are pretty basic, often not up to western standards of cleanliness. I think they need a few women to run the hotel and the guys learn to keep things clean. Restaurant food was all vegetarian generally good and a few helpful front desk staff (not all spoke english well). Nice garden area, beware of the monkeys. Note it is wedding season in November and a party hall is close by making loud music until late evenings.

A horrible experience!! A horrible experience!!

This place is a disaster from the start. The maintenance is zero. The quality standards are awfully bad and stay was very unpleasant. The rooms are shabby, the carpets have dirty hair remains, the floor mats are torn, water heater has a lose connection which makes the water tap to have electric flow. This is very dangerous if you are in the bathroom without slippers. The hotel is very untidy and management is horribly useless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY AND WANT A GOOD HOLIDAY.

Bad room Bad room

by John R on November 12, 2016

The paint was peeling off the doors. There was plaster off the walls. The fan and A/C was so noisy even though we had ear plugs we had to switch both off and sweat all night. Nice grounds and swimming pool but let down by the sad shabby room we had. They should spend a few rupees on some paint and sort out the fans/AC-DC.

Excellent recommendation. Excellent recommendation.

Hotel is clean, the rooms are very LARGE! The view from the garden is impeccable and the pool is pristine. The staff is helpful and professional. The food isn't half bad and the street is quite and a short walk to the market. I couldn't have been happier. I stayed here one week, and wish I stayed longer.

This hotel is filthy! Our room was so dusty and dirty I spend our entire visit sneezing! The sheets were clean at least but other than that, the whole place was filthy. The bathrooms especially, never once did we have warm let alone hot water no matter how early we got up. The corridors were very noisy. Because you padlocked your room when you were out, that meant you were never given clean towels. The restaurant was very average. In the morning I would sit down to a filthy tablecloth. The buffet lunch was cheap but average. The hotel staff not very friendly. There was no atmosphere in there at all, a feel of a school canteen. The wifi was poor, the only reliable place was the reception area which was a pain. Overall, give this hotel a miss, there are better ones with staff who welcome you.
