We had stayed in their hotel in Pahalgam also. So we tried it in Srinagar too. Was worth the rates given. Good service, good food and professional staff. Just a little far from the market but availability of taxis is arranged by the desk. Overall good experience. Would stay again if I visit Kashmir again.

We stayed at the property of Pine Spring at all 3 places - Srinagar, Gulmarg and Pahalgam. I must say that it was indeed a wonderful trip to this paradise on earth. The hotel is very comfortable, rooms are superbly done, all the amenities available and very good service. We traveled in the month of April in 2014 and it was very cold. Gulmarg and Pahalgam were in snow. All the 3 properties have central heating and this is actually something one must look out for.

The Hotel has all sort amenities. The hotel people are really guiding and helpful. They arranged everything from Pickup, Stay, Food, Cab, Private assistance and Local guidance. For this level of service, the charge is quite good. Overall - Happy experience.

Rooms are old, as they were drowned completely in last year floods..they're quoting free WiFi, but no WiFi was available...and the food was aweful...they don't understand what you order..limited menu..and Chinese food was terrible Overall it's just a ok ok type of room..

The Property is well maintained and clean. This hotel has no view at all. The Reception Staff was courteous and well mannered. WIFI in reception area. The Food was not upto the mark. Non Veg was horrible!! The only good part about the breakfast was the eggs Made To Order; even my 7 year old cant go wrong in that. :) We stayed in all three hotels of Pine Group in Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Srinagar as it was a package deal. But that turned out to be a mistake; as the food was exactly the same.. even the Menu. As we stayed for 8 days in these hotels the food was stereotype and finally ended eating outside.
