The floor is unclean, the bathroom is poor, the lights inside are very bad, the bed and beed sheets are bad, they are ugs inside the room. No proper wifi available, no one knows why wifi do not work. The only good thing is the TV works good and hotel services guys are attentive.

We stayed for 3 nights. We were first given room no. 201. Geyser was not working. They didn't do anything. We had to borrow hot water. Next evening we were shifted to room no. 311. Water was dripping from the roof. Later we also found that water from another bathroom is flowing into our bathroom. We were again shifted to room no. 314. The room was very small. As we were tired we adjusted.

Our hotel was selected by our Kashmir tour operator from Delhi. We booked 3 nights trip with daily excursions to gulmarg and pahalgam. There are many operators , so bargain hard. We were not disappointed with the hotel as it was located in Raj bagh area , which is very neat and clean. The hotel was airy, well ventilated and around 3-4 km from dal lake . The restaurant was good and food was delecious. The overall stay ( though we only spent 3 nights there) was good. Recommended

~~This hotel was booked by our travel agent. Rooms are big but toilet are not equipped with good accessories and have some drainage problem(at that time). ~~The main attraction of this hotel is their restuarent(multi cuisine) with very superb and tasty veg and non-veg food. ~~Ample parking space with in the hotel. ~~Staff was very mannered and helpful.

Its not covered in 3star category. Its really bad experience and staff also not friendly to us and this place is very far away from dal lake. It is really destroying the image of sterling group. quality of rooms are not good and hygine.
