Amazing Location, good upkeep, courteous staff and superb food. Situated at very nice location, one can easily walk down to Dal lake or can sit in his balcony and enjoy sunrise with hot coffee. Rooms are good and breakfast options will really make you feel like a king.If pocket allows, must to stay property.

Hotel was neat and comfortable, the dinner was excellent. Chef was very obliging to prepare phirni for morning breakfast as a special order. The F&B manager was very accommodating as well. The staff are very pleasant and very helpful. The manager went out of his way to accommodate us last minute, He was very helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Just came back today from 4 days and 3 night business trip from Srinagar. Hospitalty of hotel was amazing and perfect. They handled my requests and my clients very well. My colpimets to GM Shafiul and F&B Manager Vivek, My very special thanks to Mohh Rafiq Dar for perfect hospitalty. I stayed at 3403, with perfect view.

Location is good with sit out and open air restaurant. Rooms are average with poor DTH facility and small bathrooms. However, rooms are adequately furnished and room sizes are better. Staff is very responsive and helpful. Service is good. On my complaint of poor DTH service, a separate set top box was installed in my room. Very responsive. Food is better than average in the tough times due to poor occupancy and curfew bound town.

Stayed at this location twice in as many months. What I like: Service, quality and variety of food and free wi-fi during difficult times of shutdown in the valley Where they can improve: There isn't much in terms of relaxation that the hotel offers. No gym, no pool, nothing indoor for guests to unwind. Given Srinagar's sensitive situation, the management must make options available inside too. Will definitely stay again
