One of the best hotels I have stayed in with good staff who takes very much care of our wellbeing. Namely Mr Javeed who went the extra miles to make arrangements for us to make us more comfortable and always looking out for us. Orchard retreat spa should be very gifted to have him. I will recommend the hotel to my family and friends for his good hospitality. Another staff member I would like to mention is Mr Latif. He is very friendly and hardworking staff. Good hotel with great service.

This hotel is a bit far away from the city but worth going there. You will enjoy the senic beauty over there. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. The food is of the best quality. Latif one of the staff posted at the buffet area is too good at hospitality. Ishfaq, Javad, Ashraf helped me to plan my day at Srinagar.

We had a wonderful stay at the Orchard Resort in Srinagar. The rooms, food, and services were excellent and lived up to our expectations, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special mention to Mr. Latif, who was extremely courteous and helpful in the dining hall, ensured we had a pleasant dining experience.
While the resort is located a little away from the city, the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings, breathtaking views, and thoughtfully designed arrangements. The tranquility and natural beauty made it a perfect holiday spot. I can only imagine how stunning the resort must look during the blooming season, with apple, peach, and walnut trees in full glory, adding to its charm. It’s a place I would love to visit again!

This hotel is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a treat!
The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The manager was exceptional’professional, attentive, and clearly well-trained. It’s evident that the entire team takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about their guests.
We stayed for two days and had an amazing time. The atmosphere was welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. If you’re looking for a place with great service, fantastic food, and a warm, friendly environment, this is it. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Orchard Retreat and Spa, Srinagar for 5 days in March. The place is so beautiful and located among the mountains. When we reached we were greeted by Saaquib and Sajjad at the reception with a lot of hospitality and respect. They guided us to our rooms which were kept very well. Also the staff at the hotel, Latif, Parvaiz, were very helpful and attended to us in the restaurant . The housekeeping staff was very good. Thank you for all the treatment and the spa was very nice. Will surely take a trip back in a different season there
