This is a perfect hotel for Business people. Located very close to all places of business importance and travel. The railway station and bus stand are lesser than 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Though some repair was being done to the approach road that was no hurdle to the great service met with at this hotel. Autos were easily available and would charge a minimum 20- 30 rupees for nearby 3- 4 kms distances. The Front desk staff was quiet co-operative, well mannered. I didnt carry the print out of the hotel voucher they did oblige without it as well. The Rooms were not very big though comfortable enough for a week's stay. The room service was very prompt when i had some issue with the LAN they immediately send their tech guy to solve the same. We got a very prompt service within no time. I really appreciate such a fast service. The Breakfast buffet was good enough though had limited options which i feel they should further improve upon. Food on the whole was reasonably priced as we had dinner as well and the quantity provided was good enough for 2 people in a dish. On the whole I am going to book this for all my future visits to Surat as I felt the service was worth all that was being paid for. I would really recommend this to all business travellers travelling to Surat.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The place was very dirty & shabby (that includes my room as well) . The room service was no where close to expectation. Although the food was nice. This is not a place to be for people looking for good quality stay.

I am satisfied with my stay here. I had no complaints whatsoever with the service provided. My room was up to mark, even the room service was appreciative. I would recommend this property.

We reached this hotel approximately at 10 pm..The reception was rather lethargic..not the type you would expect after a tired day journey..Taking their own time to complete the formalities..I think all hotel staff must be given training to treat customers with a smile and priority/..They are at your door steps to get rejuvenated and not to see your lazy style. When I complained I was given a terse reply, sir the delay is your side.. Mind you i had two rooms for reservation . Moreover when you see a family with prior reservation, keys must be immediately given to keep the luggages and the ladies to get in. Anyways coming to the hotel, its close to railway station with a cluster of other hotels. The good part is they have their own parking. The bad part is you have to drive in through a small alley to reach the hotel . Rooms are small compared to any standard hotel ..which makes it a bit cramped..and does not allow you to enjoy ..No views available as its located in a tight location with buildings all around. Didnt get the chance to taste the restaurants as we departed early morning for Mumbai. Will I stay another time..yes if i am in a hurry and alone on a business plan. Not if i am with my family and on a leisure tour. Note: the photo the hotel has posted on website is slightly bigger than the actuals looks IMHO.

A good place to stay , all amenities near by and staff very helping in nature rooms are also good . A lot of non resident Indian. I have seen staying .when ever I have stayed Breakfast is also simple and good Very must must try there thali in the restaurant in evening .

The rooms are nicely renovated - right from bedding to decor to a silent air-conditioning . Its an impressive decor for a 3 star hotel. The breakfast has good spread. The location is also good, 100 meters from railway and bus station. All in all, a good stay.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Booked the top category classic room. While was allocated the twin Bed on request, wherein Bed was big but the overall room size was really small. The room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. No service though at the hotel, no bell boy, no one asking for assistance Morning breakfast was complimentary with the room. The spread was nice, again no one there to serve basis Water or even check, only room no asked and went back to table Sonif you looking for only a good bed and clean bathroom this is the place to be. Don't ask or expect any special or even basic service

Good property at decent rates. Breakfast spread is really good. Wifi is good. Near the main market. A crowded location but overall a good experience and always stay here when i come to surat. So a very good option if you are coming to surat for a short visit
