This hotel is very helpful and secure for couples I trust more then other hotel plus room are very good on this budget no hot water problem and services are good food are brilliant i stayed one week next I well stay more then week

Very sad service. No decency in the staff. We had to change 3 rooms at 11pm in the night. First the bed was like sleeping on a plywood. Then the 2nd room had a terrible AC. The room was so hot and uncomfortable. The 3rd room was actually a bigger room than the category we chose. At the end the manager argued with us that we did all this because we wanted a bigger room. Very sick behaviour

hotel in located at the prime location in the city,very good hotel for business traveler as well as function. Room was so clean and in-terrier was good enough. Front desk attitude is take it or leave it.

Friday 11th December 2015 u have a booking for a weekend working visit for Citizen Hotel Surat. The ONLY PLUS factor in selection of the Hotel was because of a 24 hour check in check out policy and being an Associate of OYO Rooms. Check in was easy and fast. That was the last of the fast service. A cup of tea in 20 minutes, that is fast service with a reminder. Breakfast Oh ! forgot to write out the order, too many pax demanding same breakfast at the same time. No worry the intercom does not work so u trundle up and down the four floors to inform reception for the NEED OF SPEED. kNOCK kNOCK who's there? Sir u complained about the TV not working, u see we have a problem with all the remote controls, they r outdated, plese bang the remote hard once to change the channel, if the sound is too hih (hic) bang the side where volume control's are and it will start whispering. Where is my Breakfast? Please Sir inform Reception. My intercom is not working, I will check Sir. Yes Sir your intercom is not working. Please sir inform Reception. The shaving is over and under the shower you think the Ice Bucket competition has come to Indian Shores. U shiver under the shower and curse your luck. Sir, too many pax all wanting hot shower same time, all pax wanting breakfast same time what to do. My answer very simply put a permanent sign board. BOOK at your own risk. R u reading this OYO Rooms, your Associate is not delivering. R u reading Management of Citizen Hotel. Paying PAX will not come to your Hotel to listen to excuses.

Very average Hotel...upgraded to be sold as an OYO Hotel. Rooms are ok...televesions are OK...Wifi is namesake.....worst is the food service and cleanliness.Restaurant is rundown with no proper lighting or airconditioning..but you will get a lot of cockroaches for company. We had breakfast only one day in the restaurant .....then insisted on roomservice for the rest of our stay. Housekeeping - cleanliness. also leaves a lot desired. Staff attitude is also bad...to be trained for guest relations and service attitude in the hospitality industry.
