The hotel is good and offers clean rooms. Rooms are a bit small. Location is at a junction and the hotel offers free parking at the rear of the building though you need to be a competent driver to park a large vehicle there. They offer room service which is okay. Food service is a bit slow. Overall a decent place to stay.

The hotel is at the walking distance from Surat Railway Station. Its very convenient to be in this hotel for many reason. Its near station, market overall you can say its centrally located and the price is not high. The rooms are good, staff is also good and well mannered (Faiyas was polite and helpful).The Wi-Fi in the hotel worked well and was free.The rooms comes with good facilities and good enough to make your stay comfortable and staff management were helpful for families. Overall a decent hotel.It was just a value for price paid.

This hotels service level with respect to basic customer satisfaction is horrifying.They firstly lack basic pest control. I had booked a three day package with Oyo rooms here. When o discovered cockroaches in room and bathroom, I wanted to change rooms. They couldn't arrange for that due to all rooms being occupied. Then, I insisted I want to check out of hotel asap. The manager simply said that if I did Id have to pay my three day whole package tariff, irrespective of when and why I check out. When trying to complain to them, instead of a sense of shame about pathetic service, I get arrogance on their side. Their only concern is to make me pay my whole package money. After many repeated calls to front desk, I finally got them to atleast put pesticide in the room so that I could sleep in relative peace that night. I guess this is one of the few hotels in a small town like Surat, so they don't give a damn as they enjoy good room occupancy anyway. I've taken pics and attached of the cockroaches, however, they were moving fast, so pics are blurry. I'm checking out first thing in the morning after having been on phone with Oyo rooms for hours yest to modify my package check out date.

Though I received confirmation for a room, upon entry with a corpulent Mullah in corner watching desk clerk review my passport, I was told to leave. DO NOT even think to stay here with a confirmed booking if you are not its' kind.

Merit is the hotel which stands by its name. In continuation i have stayed there two days. My stay was pleasant in their AC room. Location is also good. You can reach to any place in surat quickly. Wish you Happy Stay.
