Modi resorts and Amusement Parks is a resort cum water park situated in the heart of the city of Surat in Rm Chowk. Considered the best spot in the day for a day picnic, the park also facilitates pool side lunches and dinners. Besides, it has luxurious rooms for night stays.

The most pathetic resort to ever be!!! With only a swimming pool n rain dance running.. The pool is dirty with algae floors n the water is highly chlorinated due to which we are having swellings on the face and its burning on the face, back, neck, etc. for days together! Please donot visit this place ever in your life! Highly regretting. Management was not good so far.

Modi resort is not managed properly. The water is highly toxicated. Not safe for children. Nice place but very very very bad management. Owner himself avoid to go in waters.
