A very nice hotel with a lovely garden. Good location, not far from the city but in a quite area. The swimming pool was very enjoyable at the end of a hot visiting day. The food was very good and the personnel was very kind and helpfull. Thank you for this very pleasant stay

A very good hotel to stay irrespective of whether you are a business traveler or on vacation. I was here for 4 nights during the last week of October 2016 along with my elderly parents & the experience was nice. The hotel is modern, rooms are clean & the staff are quite warm, especially in the restaurant. Authentic Tamil cuisine from this part of the state is available in the restaurant, although the pricing may seem a little steep. The hotel is < 1 km from the railway station & just 2 kms from the over 1000-year old Big Temple - arguably the best ever you will see in terms of the sheer magnitude of its architecture & spirituality. Bed linen, toiletries, wi-fi internet are all of an acceptable quality on par with any 3-star hotel in the country. However, Tanjore / Thanjavur being a small town, you might get a feeling of low value for the money/tariff charged. Areas of improvement include promptness in responding to housekeeping requests (required at least 2 follow-ups) & greater attention to guest preference details (despite my clear instructions well before arrival on specific items to be placed in the room, these were missing upon checking in). Nevertheless, this does not take away the truly nice stay I had with family in this hotel. To sum up, I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in this historic town of southern India.

Neat and well-maintained. Our stay was very brief, but quite happy with their service. Bathrooms were clean, beds were neatly done with clean sheets. Service was pretty decent without any major complaints.

Stayed here one night with family. Rooms were clean and tidy. Recently refurbished. Restaurant food was average. Good spread for breakfast. After checking out and leaving the hotel, noticed my daughter had left behind her teddy bear in the room. Called the hotel to inform them. Checked and returned my call saying they had found the teddy bear. They kept it safely till i collected it the next day. Would like to thank all the staffs for their timely help.

Definitely One of the best hotels in thanjavoor. You are received at huge welcome lobby. We had booked three executive rooms for 6 adults and one child. All three rooms were more than spacious. Hotel location is perfect. Quite close to rail way station and the big temple (Shree brihadeshwar temple) as well. Room service is quite good. Friendly staff. Had good variety of food in breakfast. It included continental dishes and south Indian dishes too. Overall experience in this hotel was quite pleasant and relaxing. Even then tariffs seems slightly on higher side for a town like Thanjavoor. But the stay is worth.
