Located just 300 metres from the Thane Railway station, the hotel is clean and well maintained. Its a great location for business traveller but not so much for family stay. The checkinn is quick n fast. The rooms are average size. The bathrooms are quite small to my liking. The buffet breakfast is ordinary. No live hot food items. For a business stay for a day or two this is a great choice near thane station.

Very small room though they call it deluxe rooms. Not even provision of miniral water. Close to thane railway station. Hotel staff is not that courteous as well. I asked about water and told in deluxe rooms it should be available, waiter didn't even replied, he simply moved out. Ultimately I had to buy it from outside.

Preferred go to hotel for us while we are at thane, right next to the thane station, the approach to the Hotel is generally over crowded. The rooms are clean and spacious. This is a budget hotel in a way and considering that their service has been pretty good.

Stayed here in december .i must say l was never been more impressed with the service provided to us . The telephone operator put me on to the manager who ensured a very satisfactory for best service . The staff at the reception was very courteous & friendly, always ready to help & ensure our comfort. The hotel is very peaceful & the interiors are very tastefully done...

As I mentioned Expectation leads disappointment is the appropriate line to describe this hotel. After reading all reviews I decide to book this hotel for my 18th Julys visit to Thane. We always says that first impression is last impression when we enter to the reception for check in there were no Good Morning or no Good afternoon greeting from the receptionist . While completing the check-in process nobody took bother to explain the room amenities & services. When we enter in the room we felt that room was ok but its not up to the mark against what they are charging for it. Room which didnt have water bottles or tea coffee maker, bed was ok , air conditioned was ok, but one thing was shocking for me that its free WIFI it offers you only 50-75 MB usage ONLY ; its one kind of joke for that WIFI also you need to ask to the reception otherwise they will not tell you about their self. In online booking it showing free breakfast but nobody took care or bothers there to tell us about it . Again at the time of check-out when we came to reception & greet receptionist by saying Good morning again we got no response from him. Actually at the check-in time what I experienced I immediately wanted to cancel my stay but I was unable to do so because I booked this hotel online & I already paid the charges far before my check-in. This hotel is not so bad but I feel there are so many things which needs to improvement as per customers expectation.
