Hotel is much better than you would excpect when you are in Mumbai. Big nice room, standard western bathroom. Very good food at the hotel restaurant.

Booked as a standard A/C room. Located on 9th floor with King bed. The hotel was clean, modern, and conveniently located to most conveniences in Thane. The room was clean and functional with a good view. One weak spot was the bathroom sink and its slow drain. Additionally, the guest room doors emit an annoying warning beep if they are held open too long, resulting in annoying beeps echoing through the halls. Finally, my in-room safe did not work during my visit. All in all, though, a good visit and I would return.

My stay at the hotel was ok as the rooms were not that nice and thay were not spacious but they were clean. Service was not at all good and I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel but the cost for food as well as accommodation was too high.I would recommend this hotel to others but would also like to tell people its not a value for money.

I stayed at satkar residency from 19 to 21 dec for wedding of shivang bali. Room service robbed my steam iron from my room. Pl don't leave ur valuable things. It is not safe. It is same as leaving ur things at roadside

The place is my usual place to stay whenever I visit Thane. The hotel is recently renovated and hence looks very fresh. It is a bit expensive but worth the price. This hotel should be upgraded to a 4 star in terms of services it offers. The only problem is that the service is a bit slow.

We have just stayed at this hotel , for a wedding . The hotel rating should be upgraded as it has all the facilities and very good cook , so excellent food . The staff are attentive and pleasant. The place has great function rooms for pre wedding ceremony , we had all the ceremonies there except the wedding as that was the girls choice. Couple of pointer to management . English tea need to be in larger cups as the tea is light and the small cups will not allow tea to brew. You need to provide hair dryer for clients as European client are used to drying hair before leaving the room. Your staff need to have a contact for taxis as overseas client s can not always have uber account in India. So will need your staff to assist in calling taxi. Rest all is fine hope your hotel gets upgraded. Kumud Joshi Thank you for all your help and putting up with all our noise.

My company concierge service called the hotel to ask for airport pickup. the hotel told them they can arrange with some info provided (booking, name, flight, time...) and i can pay after arriving hotel. However, when i reached out to hotel, they told me it can't be arranged since an advanced payment is needed with bank swift attached. for an international traveler, the key is to have a peace of mind. since the hotel can't, i just canceled the stay there and booked another who is more professional to handle these things.

The restaurant exudes good ambience. The staff and stewards are well mannered. Most importantly, the location of this hotel is quite prime, i.e. near Eastern Express Highway. Rooms available at this hotel are roomy and give a modern feel. Over all, the restaurant deserves not less than four stars. Keep it up!
