1. I had requested for a pickup from Airport. Upon arriving, I found out that there was no taxi arranged. On calling the hotel, they said he is already there (without knowing because he was not carrying a mobile!). So had to wait for good 15-20 mins. Afterwards, I had to arrange my own taxi and go. So the first impression - service requested not provided properly 2. Manager was not even apologetic for the inconvenience caused. 3. Breakfast had very limited menu. Not much to chose from 4. In winters, you expect hot water to be provided for bathing, whenever required. On my second day of stay, I had to bathe with cold water. Another example of not so good arrangements.

Room alloted to me was clean and neat with all the facilities. Staffs are prompt and quick in their service. I had my meal in the restaurant it was fabulous in taste.

There were mosquitoes in the room and also it was stinking badly. Breakfast needs to be improved. Staff service was bad. Overall experience was bad.

If you are expecting good ambience and cosy room this hotel is not for you but if you are looking for quick fix kind of arrangement it's good value for money. Breakfast is not great. Location is good. Staff are good enough.

I stopped over at Sharanam on my way to Ganapatipule. Excellent hotel. You can take the eastern expressway to reach Godbunder. Also Pune Expressway is easily accessible. The hotel is neat and clean and located at Teenhath Naka Thane West. One should set Teen Hath Naka on their GPS to access the hotel. The food is good and the rooms are well equipped. An excellent stopover hotel when you are on a long drive. A quiet place away from hustle and bustle of traffic. A must stay place.

The location is convenient. Don't go by the marker on Google maps- it's incorrect. The landmark is new RTO and this one is just next to it. Rooms are OK. Need better cleanliness and maintenance. The breakfast served is also average. All in all an average place for the price.

Stayed here for few days in 2015. the room i stayed in was a small one and if there is some party outside the hall it could get noisy. room service was okay and food was excellent. overall it was okay. nothing to complain and nothing exciting..

Clean, tidy rooms. Value for money. Good service. Central location. Got good package through trip adviser........... Breakfast was complimentary. Needs improvement. Helping staff.restaurant was under renovation. Can't comment.
