Average rooms, average services and pretty much everything average. One good thing is that the complementary breakfast has non- veg food. Room service is slow. It has a view of the main Ghodbunder road if you get a proper room.

This review is for Fusion Dhaba @ Vihangs INN. Place is clean, Furniture is great. Little expensive. Food quality okay. However disappointed with the staff. We walked in little late around 11 pm on a weekday, so there was hardly anyone. Order took some time. The problem started when food was served. Staff seemed in hurry to make us eat quickly and leave. One manager came and asked us to eat quickly as the roti is getting cold. and Then repeatedly came us to ask if we need anything else. Another irritating thing was he kept buzzing around our table continuously which made us uncomfortable.

I had to stay in the hotel for 10 days. I could not sleep properly for a single night as there was much of noise from traffic on the road. I requested the staff 3 times to change my room but didn't get any response. The housekeeping staff used to ask me if I wanted to get the room cleaned. Once they didn't clean it and when I asked them, they said, you were there... They provide 2 complimentary water bottles daily. Once they didn't put any. I call reception 3 times for water. The housekeeping manager came and told me they provide only 2 bottles and there are two bottles (which were empty ones from previous day). A customer can expect at least an offer on chargeable basis first. They serve mostly south Indian food which I don't like. There was no choice for me other than fruits and bread toasts (which they use to burn and serve). Some of the staff members are so weird. They walk like zombies and stand almost on your head to ask if you need anything. With the charge of around 4,000 a day with these type of services, I would come back and rate again if there is a rating less than a 0 star.

I have always been a foodie and like to have a chillax time with my family. Vihang's inn is a very beautiful decor for a family to spend a beautiful peaceful evening. I love the food specially the Thai currey and Rara ghosh. The place is a authentic and very humble staff. The place is neat and clean with a good quality crowed around you. Good one Vihang's..

I had to attend a function in Thane so was searching for hotels for a night when i came across this hotel. Nice location, nice food, easy and quick check in with a great view of Mumbai from the rooms. Only downside for me was the cost for one night which was quite high.
