Its an average hotel, OK to stay for a while. The environment is neither too good nor too bad. The hotel should have proper maintenance and proper arrangement for the people that are coming to stay. Ac doesn't work well, have informed 3-4 times to the hotel staff but this not that good.

The best part about this hotel is very close to Railway station, stones throw from Pazhavangadi Ganapati temple and 10 minutes walk to Padmanabha Swamy temple. The hotel needs to improve facilities like Television and other services to ensure that it sells. The property is immensely valuable in terms of location. But maintenance to be improved. This place is good if you are with your friends. The price is very less i.e. Rs.650 considering the proximity.

One of my local friend suggested this hotel as it was closer to the temple and railway station. When I entered the reception, I was told 'no'. Then when I started moving out, I was asked almost 15-20 questions in an impolite manner by the person on the desk (with a big moustache and looked like a gunda) even though I produced my ID card, license, and other details (i work for one of the biggest s/w firms in India). The tone was very insulting and the person on desk was curious on getting the advance. Once I paid it, he started grilling me a lot with trivia about places in chennai (where I come from). I immediately asked him to give back my advance and will take another hotel. He refused! I had no other choice but to stay there. After he stopped him non-sense chat, when I asked for AC, he started shouting at me. He never made a single entry anywhere but shouted that I was creating trouble for him by asking AC room after 5 minutes (and he never allowed me to talk till then). He behaved like he was a boss and I were his slave. Kept continuously abusing me and my friend who came with me. The room had a TV that didn't work, no phone (though room had a cable), but average room (luckily the AC worked). Never ever, I would stay in the hotel. You would be in for a shock.
