We stayed as a couple and it was worth the low tariff.It is a cute,neat,clean and new property. Location may not be of much importance yet it is on the main road and easily accessible. Reception manager as well as F&b manager Krishnakumar was very co operative. Bath linen maintenance as well as hot water availability is an area requiring more improvement.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. Horrible mistake that i made. Stay was for 4 nights. Whenever i went out and came back to the room, the room was filled with cigarette smell with high intensity. When i complained, the reply was that whenever we go out, when the power goes off, the air ventilator also gets switched off and the smoke from other rooms comes inside. And they dont have any solution for this. There wasnt any hot water in the first room, which was bigger. They shifted me to another room due to that reason, which was smaller in size. The painful part is... you have to keep the tap on for 15 mins to get the water hot. So much water to waste in this country????? This is such a criminal offense i should say to waste so much water as per their system. They ask you to keep the tap on for 10 mins minimum to get hot water? We had handed over the room key in the morning to clean the room. We returned back in the afternoon by 2.00 and the room was still not cleaned. When we asked, the housekeeping staff had gone for lunch. They came at 3.30 when all were taking a nap. I had to sit out with my sleeping son outside till they finished. This repeated the second day and then i had to deny their room cleaning. Even the breakfast was the same for all the four days of my stay. BORED!!!! When we went to park the car, the parking was full (it can only accommodate 4 cars). The security asked us to park the car opposite to the hotel the whole night. The best part was the behavior of the security outside. He is least bothered if we stay or if we take a reverse, and along with the arrogance and attitude, he must be the MD of the hotel who does this job out of boredom. It was like a miracle i felt that the hotel is still getting customers and still its running. Honestly... i will never recommend the services they provide.

It's good value for money.. but hotel is not secure. Complicated door locks. Rooms need bit more refurbishment.. if the staffs could have a smile on their faces more guests may like your hotel as its the first impression of the hotel. Restaurant is nicely air-conditioned and foods are great too.. F&B Manager looks a hospitably kind man.. he is a nice touch for the hotel. Overall my stay was good though I didn't felt secured there

Its brand new facility with well maintained rooms. Food Quality and taste is OK but Breakfast is always served in routine menu. Good scope for improvement in food menu and taste. Hotel located at prime place.

I have been a regular customer of their restaurant. It offers good quality food and good service. Once I recommended to my acquaintances from kolkata to stay here. They liked the stay in this hotel. I recommended this hotel for those who visit Trivandrum.

Demo Trip Room 308 was a good size, but with poor wifi. Our friends in room 302 had much better wifi, but a smaller room.
