Had checked into this hotel on a sunday afternoon. The parking ( which was not there, but in front of the hotel where you can park 2 vehicles ), was full with vehicles from outside, and no security was available to guide us to park the vehicle. Check in was smooth and the lady receptionist was polite. The rooms were shabby without any quality that could be found in decent hotels. The lift was too small and very tight even for two persons with luggage. All possibility that you will be choked to death in case of an emergency. The sheets were not clean and had a tough time staying there. The problem with the parking got repeated once we went out for dinner, and had to stay back for about an hour to get a vacant parking. No one bothers about the comfort of the customers. Wouldnt venture on yet another visit.Not worth the money paid @ 1900 per night.

The rooms are not clean(dust all over and insects in bed). No hot water facility and poor service. Paying Rs 675/- for ordinary room (double room) is not worth. Reached hotel by 7 pm. The sofa and table were dusty. Found that the hot water facility is not working though offered in there brochure ie, 24 hrs. Asked them about the hot water and guy came to room took the bucket by 7.40 pm to refill with hot water. Waited till 9 pm but no signs. Found insects poping from bed. Bathroom is average though there was insects in soap tray.They didn't keep the promise :( They were not even apologetic the next day. Hope you don't come across such a raw deal.
