Room alloted to me was comfortable with all the facilities. Staffs are kind and polite in their work. The hotel has restaurant and breakfast was tasty.

The location was inconvenient. Our room was not so great in looking, the interiors were not appealing. The service provided by the staff was not up to the mark. Even the breakfast they served, it was tasteless. Overall an average property to stay.

I had a pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about, everything was just perfect. The staff was loyal and hardworking. The hotel was clean and the ambiance was excellent. I will surely come back.

The hotel was quite homely and I had good time throughout the stay. Staff was supportive and service was quick. Room quality was also up to the standard. I took only the breakfast in the hotel and it was not so great. Otherwise everything else was decent.

The hotel AC was not at all working and the room was stuffy and hot. I have to sweat in the dec weather. The worst of all was yet to happen. Att midnight 1AM there was a huge cockroach visting the room. Never anyone do the mistake of staying there.

Hotel San Lucia is walking distance from famous padmasway temple,it is oldest hotel with lot of modern improvement,rooms are good with latest facilities, rooms are automaton electric switches, bath rooms are also modern fittings,staffs are good, and supportive, hotel have swimming pool were guest can enjoy,best is near padmanabha Swamy temple and heart of city,kovalam beach is just 8 km,poovar one new tourists attraction is 18 km from hear.restaurant has 200 rs buffet brakefast,one can enjoy his stay and visit padmanabha Swamy temple,ganesh temple which is walkable from here.

The approach to this hotel is through a crowded road/Street.Not a very attractive approach.But the major attraction is Sri Padmanabha Swamy Temple within a walkable distance.Maha Ganapathi Temple is also nearby.The hotel has simple but spacious Lobby with a seperate Reception desk.This is connected to Proposed swimming pool.Lobby is also connected to Restaurant/Dinning Hall. The receptionist is very hospitable.Very helpful.service oriented.The checkin process was very smooth.The elevators are in good condition. The rooms are reasonably good in size with mnimum amenities.Does not give an impression that it has a potential star status.That may take a very long time to come truely to that status.There is a need for strict vigilence/supervision on house keeping service.They are very lethargic and do not pay attention to cleanliness. I have to personally intervene to report at Reception the areas of both hidden and visible,that require further cleanliness.The quality of bath towels supplied and their cleanliness need closer look fur improvement and also to attract good clientele. It is too early to expect professional competence from House keeping and others but training and reorientation is must for the staff to perform to the satisfaction. The dinner in the restaurant was satisfactory.The breakfast was neither Buffet type nor Ala Carte.We were not used for Pre fixed menu.But being a south indian of course,I enjoyed the items served hot/fresh as breakfast . We were given due respect as we are referred by those known to the hotel ownership.This hotel can attract large clientele with initiation of improvement measures. I have no hesitation to stay here again.

It is good hotel but old five star hotel very near to temple railway station and airport also it is better to book hotel online if u go direct u can see 5 star rates at the hotel food is fine but little bit costly newer give your cloths to laundry price too much..

Saj Lucia is the worst hotel I have stayed at ever. We recently stayed there. The hotel is in a pathetic state. It smells and has a lot of mosquitoes. The hotel looks nice on the website. The staff is very rude to its guests. The rooms have a lot of problems. When we were checking out the reception blamed us for a missing small mirror from the bathroom, which was never there in the room when we checked in. Their cleaning staff are all thieves. They steal things when guests are not there and they lie. They checked our bags for one small mirror when we stayed there for two nights and took two rooms. They did not find anything in our luggage and just said SORRY. The director of the hotel was there and he said we have to trust our cleaning staff. We have stayed at hotels all over the world. We have never felt so humiliated in our life. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their SORRY cannot justify their behavior towards their guests who come there. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL.

Saj Lucia must be owned by some pathetic guy which reflects in the hotel in every possible angle. I have right to call him pathetic because I wasted lot of money and quality time with my family on multiple occasions. Only advantage is the location which is the heart of the city. But you can find very good hotels within walk-able distance from Railway station or bus-stand and 10 minutes from Airport. Worst service I've come across in my entire life. Not only from the recent trip but I am visiting this hotel since 2012 for various reasons, Food are below average. This hotel is a joke and a total crap...
