The hotel is around 1.5 km from international airport and around 3 km from domestic airport. The rooms are spacious and excellent. The staff is very helpful. The only problem was their dining was slow, probably they were running low on kitchen staff

"My stay at Kingsway was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was exceptionally warm, attentive, and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was ideal’close to major attractions. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the elegant decor, was carefully curated to enhance the experience. This hotel truly exceeded all my expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

I had a most pleasant stay here. The food was delicious. The receptionist Mr Nivil was the most pleasant and helpful person. He checked me in late night and helped me with my requests. The room was ideal and reached all my expectations.

Lousy food service. 14 of us booked 4 rooms and went on to order food from their restaurant. They took our orders and told us waiting time was 30 minutes and we were fine with it. An hour went by and still no food and not even the tea that we ordered arrived. About 1.5 hours later when we wanted to cancel the order, they brought in the tea. But still no food arrived. When the food finally arrived about close to 2 hours later, they was no seasoning. We proceeded to cancel whatever did not arrive and asked for the bill for whatever food was present. But the manager was unwilling to let us cancel and was trying to make us wait. We managed to argue our way to give us the bill and paid 3000 INR for a 2786 INR bill. The manager just took the cash and never bothered to apologize at all. Will definitely not visit this hotel again. Their service is very poor despite the high rates
