Durga Residency

We stayed two days here. Hotel is near to bus and railway station. Rooms were good, problem with WiFi. And helpers tries for tip on every small service like water and luggage. It was reasonable stay as hotel bill is less compared to other hotels.

Never ever visit this hotel, Worst experience with the manager, we are new to the place and checkout time we couldn't exactly understand after temple visit, just for extra 1 n half an hour they asked us to pay 24hrs charge and people behaved extremely rude with der words. New visitors kindly don't visit or recommend.. Learn to welcome outsiders and make them understand everything before u throw ur own set of rules.

Nice spacious rooms. Good location. Bathrooms interior can be improved. Good option at that price it was a good option for us for one night halt during Balaji darshan.

We have booked the room for 2 day stay to visit Tirumala , kanipakam, and srikalahasthi. The room is not maintained well, bed sheets and pillows were too dirty , windows down side there is lot of cigarette buds not cleaned, toilets are dirty and rusted there is no shower. Toilet in the 4th floor is unsecured place because people from side building can clearly watch you through the toilet window. there is no drinking water provided in the room at least at the reception. They are selling the water in the reception. Coming to positive points hot water is provided and it is just beside the bus stand and plenty of food courts are there close by. way to the hotel is highly stinking with garbage and few stray dogs on the way and public urinals you will see hell of your life by the time you reach the hotel. price was too high even for non A/C not worth....

Very bad service.. And rooms also’’’’ water is not good washroom to bad’’’’the manager dealing is very bad..don't take this hotel’’’’
