A beautiful experience! Nice hotel with a bunch of most courteous people around. Rooms are big and well maintained. Little far away from station and market places but all the necessary staffs are available nearby. Near to Tirumala check post as well.
I am an NRI visiting Tirumala.
No.of. Room: 3
Date: 1st and 2nd May.
First Impression - Albeit, the structural work, the hotel is appealing.
Front Desk - Very impressive, polite and courteous to the core. They know what they are doing and know how to greet customers.
Ambience: Rooms were pristine clean and tidy, except the one family room (of the 3) in which the toilets stunk. Great service by Raman (service staff), who did his best to get rid of the stink, however that still remained.
Facilities: Rooms had a mini fridge, ample water bottles and tea/coffe service on complementary. Bunch of snacks offered, if you ever feel hungry. A small safe for valuables. Controls were trendy and modern, with neutral colour choices. Spacious rooms. Extra beds were provided for kids, on arrival. Great Job!
Proximity - Very near tirumala hills entrance, quiet handy, if you are in for a darshan.
Location - Plenty of restaurants around, very handy and helpful for individuals, couples and business visits.
Staff - Very polite, always helpful and room service were prompt and spot on.
What i was not pleased with:
Room 406 was NOT worth the amount paid. In fact, i did ask for a refund with the tour operator, but to no response till date. This had multiple issues 1) Bathroom stunk and could not be corrected beyond a point, despite best efforts by service staff. 2) AC was very mild even on the lowest temperature. I suggest the management to not let this room until further corrections are made, as that room was not worth the payment handed in.
Overall : One mistake deter the experience, its a nice family hotel with good facilities, right in the foothills of tirumala, with polite and friendly staff and employees. Definetely, recommend this to any one planning a trip.
Situated on the main road, this hotel is easily visible. There is ample parking for four wheelers and two wheelers. There is valet parking facility also.
The reception and rooms are decently furnished. Very neat and clean. The interiors of the reception is well done.
There is a multicuisine restaurant in the ground floor. They have a high chair for kids.
There is a ramp at the entrance of the hotel which disabled and senior citizen friendly. They can also go to the hotel with ease. There are lifts to enable easy movement
Staff was very friendly and especially the restaurant staff helped us to manage with our small kid while we have ours. This is also near to the temple entrance. Parking could be bit of hassle because they do not have big parking lot.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained, the food and service is also good. The hospitality of the staff is also very good.they set up extra bed also very well and accommodated us in a very professional manner. Kudos to the entire team
