An average hotel which, means keep your expectations in check. Decent hotel with families being bulk of the guests. Food is average & service is ok. We had a bad time in terms of the cleaniness & room upkeep. Basic housekeeping was terrible. Send a written complaint to the VP of the Hotel & Got a standard courtesy response from the VP of the hotel without any sensible follow up feedback & action.

We(two families two rooms) had gone there from 5th to 9th January when it was very cold. The rooms did not have any provision for heating and to make it worse the curtains were not the heavy types. As a result, the temperature inside the rooms was 16.5C at 10pm and kept on going lower as the night progressed. Additional blankets didn,t help. Also the bed springs were bad. As a result every morning we woke up with heavy heads , blocked nose and bad back. The floors didn't have a foot rug to stand on and shoes, socks and full woolens had to be kept on as the floors would turn so cold. The staff were all very warm ,always smiling and always helpful but require a heavy dose of checklist based training. For example, the house keeping staff must have a checklist as to what to provide in the room every time that they do up the rooms and not keep on forgetting one thing or the other. Similarly they must know the standard of cleaning and what to clean and what to shine and what to wipe dry. The quality of the stationery of the documents for registering in a guest require improvement. The lobby and the dining rooms very good. But the best is the live Ghazal singer whom we would keep on listening to and enjoy the warmth of his renderings instead of retiring to the cold rooms. But the Hotel has good potential to improve. This hotel is a little away from lakes, but not too far, just not views. The property is nice, well maintained. Service is also Good. Staff still needs alot of training and professionalism, No one misbehaved, just felt it strongly while having breakfast in the restaurant. They do have a pool, but it looks like eyes are watching you from everywhere when you are in pool. A pool should always provide little privacy and comfort. They have a really big Gym, but a little too crowded. I guess it's not a private gym of the hotel, and alot of locals have membership. Room preference :- Ask for pool facing rooms.

This is an old hotel but they have maintained it well. They have all the required facilities available. There are local shops also outside the outside. Overall you can get comfortable stay with all the basic needs you have.

We had a lovely and memorable stay with your property .The place was amazing room service also very good. Staff are very polite and courteous. We would like to visit again . The Pichola lake also nice . Have a lot fun with you will re visit soon .

Big and clean rooms, good for a couple of nights. It's a little away from the lake and touristy places but good for business stays in the centre of the city. The staff is excellent, food was good too, overall a nice experience.

While this hotel has seen better days the service we received was top notch. We experienced a problem with our passports and the staff were unbelievably helpful in getting it resolved! I cannot say enough good things about them. As well, when our group of 10 requested our final dinner be served on the rooftop patio we were treated to a very special evening. Hopefully this location will get some sprucing up soon so that the surroundings will be on par with the service.
