An average hotel which, means keep your expectations in check. Decent hotel with families being bulk of the guests. Food is average & service is ok. We had a bad time in terms of the cleaniness & room upkeep. Basic housekeeping was terrible. Send a written complaint to the VP of the Hotel & Got a standard courtesy response from the VP of the hotel without any sensible follow up feedback & action.

We(two families two rooms) had gone there from 5th to 9th January when it was very cold. The rooms did not have any provision for heating and to make it worse the curtains were not the heavy types. As a result, the temperature inside the rooms was 16.5C at 10pm and kept on going lower as the night progressed. Additional blankets didn,t help. Also the bed springs were bad. As a result every morning we woke up with heavy heads , blocked nose and bad back. The floors didn't have a foot rug to stand on and shoes, socks and full woolens had to be kept on as the floors would turn so cold. The staff were all very warm ,always smiling and always helpful but require a heavy dose of checklist based training. For example, the house keeping staff must have a checklist as to what to provide in the room every time that they do up the rooms and not keep on forgetting one thing or the other. Similarly they must know the standard of cleaning and what to clean and what to shine and what to wipe dry. The quality of the stationery of the documents for registering in a guest require improvement. The lobby and the dining rooms very good. But the best is the live Ghazal singer whom we would keep on listening to and enjoy the warmth of his renderings instead of retiring to the cold rooms. But the Hotel has good potential to improve. Had a good stay for a work trip in the hotel. Cozy room, good room service. Breakfast was nice. Swimming pool area is good too. The live ghazals playedin the restaurant at dinner time is awesome. No free WIFI !!! This is a complete let down for a '4' star hotel.

Hi..this is ever the worst experience one can have on a new year eve when these guys are charging Rs9000 per couple for a pathetic party wherein they promised live band..#room not ready@checkin#tv not working#tasteless food#pathetic service in restaurant...Not at all recommended..pls dnt waste ur hard earned money!!!!

This hotel room had bed linen which had not been changed, it was pretty frayed and felt not fresh, I mentioned this to them, but things remained unchanged. The room had a lot of suspended dust particles, including the wardrobe. The fare at the restaurant was below average and the buffet was chaotic.In general an experience you want to forget.

That was my second stay for an official trip. I had to check out during the early hours of a day and the travel bill had to be settled in the morning. The hotel front desk staff were very helpful in doing so but the card machine of travel partner (Falcon cabs) didn't work. After several discussion, hotel staff charged on the hotel card machine but couldn't produce me a receipt. The travel agent promised to send me the bill via email. I got this bill after several follow up even till their top boss and in three weeks after my stay. Their office staff, Mr. Karan Singh initially promised that he would arrange a call back from the hotel travel desk several times and after waiting for more than a week, when i insisted, he was so rude over phone, as if I am begging. Had I not paid, would they have allowed me out of hotel? Totally unprofessional. Finally Mr. Chouhan could try and only when the hotel Manager, Mr. Amit intervened, it got solved. Such a pathetic experience. Though I won't complain about the hotel, the travel agency needs attention. Better prefer any outside travel agency. Nevertheless, the chauffeur was very good.

This hotel was very disappointing. It's old and in need of repair. The room wasn't clean and the towels were also not clean. The room faced the atrium and had terrible noise insulation so one can hear everything happening in the lobby making a nights sleep difficult.
