Though the hotel had a swimming pool, I did not feel like using it as the water was not clean. Room was not so good as the interior, bed and chairs were very old. From outside the hotel looks good but when you enter the hotel it was very bad.

I stayed here for a week. The physical structure is beautiful, Bright open space, nice garden and pool side area. Starting with the rooms. The rooms are big but genreal lighting in very poor. The bed had more spring than mattress. The bathroom had a bath tub and no shower curtain, no bath mats, the whole place is wet after a shower. Hot water is an issue. The main boiler switches off at 10 AM or so and if you decide to shower after that time, call Housekeeping, they switch on the boiler and if you are lucky you may get hot water. A collosal waste of water happens as you need to keep the tap open to get all the cold water out from the pipes. Toilteries are not of great quality, the moisturizer is a pink looking lotion smelling of lavender or sandal. The shampoo is terrible. I didn't use the bathing gel. The bath towels definitely needed better washing. January is cold and the hotel seems to have insufficient heaters. I was lucky to get one, my colleague and his family had a tough time and with a lot of persuasion and arguments he managed to get one. The quality of food needs a serious look. Portion sizes was not value for money. South Indian cusine needs a lot of improvement. I did not taste non vegitarian food so I have no comment on that. The best joke in F & B - The hotel doesn't have Tea spoons to stir your coffee or tea, I was always given a soup spoon or a dinner spoon. The staff are nice, but seem very lost, none of them have a smile on their faces, I would go back as the location is very convenient for me and I hope that the management pulls up their socks and takes reviews seriously to give customers a good experience

Excellent hotel and service. I did my booking through phone, they did not ask for any money in advance. Truely 3 star property. Breakfast is very good and overall location is good. Well maintained lawn, pool side, seating area, wi fi, Restaurant and Bar. It is bit far from sight seeing locations but it is worth to stay. Thanks to Mr. Parimal, the manager for all assistance.

Last month I'm visited a hotel Paras Mahal with friends nd it is awesome moment with frds this hotel nd I'm stay in this hotel. Room is comfortable nd clean. Nd food is the best quality nd quality by hotel. Nd service is best by hotel.

Was stay in this hotel in November 2016. What i think is this is a good hotel but quality of food is not that good which is require to hotel like. service and other things are nice. even pool was neat and clean.

Very ordinary hotel, nothing like star 3, rooms very ordinary, service part was crisp. Yes good point is central location, very close to railway station. Not on a crowded road, again all visiting places are nearby.
