This hotel was the most disgusting hotel I stayed in whilst in India for a month. The towels and bed linen had not been changed and the room was not clean. No power in the room and unhelpful staff. My friend had what appeared to be human feaces on her bed linen and notified staff who said they would change the linen. Upon returning to the hotel after the days outing the linen had not been changed. Do not stay here and if you are on a prebooked tour request that the tour company change hotels, this is way below its price!!!

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The place is dirty with shabby entrance and staff behavior is rude. Infact the staff doesn't entertain any of your needs. The lift doesn't work most of the time. The staff tries to cheat by adding wrong bills to the hotel bill and will argue if not paid. The washroom stink with no hot water supply. One of the terrible experience.

I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The shower poured out rust, the linen was filthy and the staff were very slow. The roof top has a great view and the restaurant was clean but very disappointed with my room. I will not visit again

The rooms are a bit of a potluck. We were in room 105 at first, which was dark and awkward with dirty bedding. Then we were upgraded to room 101, which was a lot bigger with nice sitting areas and a partial view of the lake. Another fellow traveller got room 305 with ever bigger and better sitting areas with a beautiful lake view - you can hold a party in that room. Mind your figures when closing the doors - the location of the door handles are very awkward. The WiFi was good sometimes. Great view of the lake from the rooftop restaurant, food was alright. you need to call the reception for hot water, and sometimes it doesn't last long.

Stinky Rooms and washroom. Bed sheets, blankets, pillow covers were dusty and old. We went for experiencing haveli stay, but the rooms seemed exactly haveli like- which are not cleaned since king era. Breakfast was average. The location is in old city, therefore there could be issue of cabs accessibility. Completely saddening experience.
