The staff was customer centric and knew how to add to customer delight. I would love to be at the resort again. however cleanliness of the rooms have scope of improvement

Access to this hotel is restricted. One has to get down from his car on the way and take an auto to reach here. The accommodation is a kind of hut of cloth top. The two parts of the door do not fully shut leaving a space for some one to peep inside and leaving enough space for cold air to come inside. We had to ask for hot blowers. The front side or lake side looks good with enough greenery. Overall I was not happy with the experience.

Great location - on the Pichola Lake and quite central to all major attractions! Very comfortable and big rooms! Very nice, polite and helpful staff! Nice food and not very expensive! Special mention of Mr Badal who attended us at reception and helped in arranging tours and extending other comforts.

Of several options i opted for this property only for 2 reasons being bang on lake pichola & Villa concept. It has a lake besides a wonderful maintained lawn in front of all villas, where you can relax & also have a swim in the poll facing the lake. Acess to the property is through narrow lanes but rickshaw is provided by the staff till parking lot a 5 minute drive & also for sight seeing. Food is good & they took special care by making Lal Maas & Mutton Biryani. In my room cable was not working but didn't object or regret as had come to relax away from the city life. Villas are well maintained & no issue with housekeeping also. Would recommend this property for pure relaxation & thank owner Mr. Rajeev Kalra & front desk manager Mr.Sharmajee.

i visited Udaipur with my family in the last week of December 2016. Had booked this resort through online search. The resort is well maintained from outside and nicely located at lake pichola which is in the Old City and all the famous tourist spots are within 5 kms from this resort. Rooms are fine though they need to concentrate little on the bathrooms. Staff is efficient and some of their members were very supportive. The Best part during the stay was the scenic beauty from there and place was very peaceful.....gave a feel good factor while sitting in the garden facing the lake.....the worst part is the location of this place....we took one and half hour to cross a street near this resort . If you have your own car or cab you have to get down at a particular point half a kilometer away from the resort as there are narrow streets and cars cant go inside.....They have an auto for pick of their guests which is not sufficient and one has to hire their own auto to commute to and fro from this place......food is average....they need to improve a lot on their breakfast menu as well as quality.....Except food and accessibility, resort was nice and we enjoyed our stay there.....

Overall it was a bad experience considering the pricing paid and amenities provided by the resort during our stay. The very first day it was terrible due to the following reasons:- 1. We had to leave cab on the way due to narrow roads and had to take a separate auto to reach the property. At few places on the way there was almost no space than a car spacing. 2. When reaching property we had been provided a room at the end of resort, the room booked was lake view facing but the provided one was a corner room without this facility. 3. In the room there was no Television (shocking) secondly the bed mattress was short on all the sides. After a long discussion with management we were informed that the TV has been sent for the repair and as soon as it comes back, the same will be installed. You will not believe it didn't arrive until next morning and only after a vacant room was available we had been shifted to a new room (pool facing still not a direct lake facing one where there was a difference of 1k+ difference per night in the charges). 4. The first day dinner was good but next day the dinner was not that good at all. Breakfast was ok. Staff is ok, listen to you sometimes. I would suggest to avoid the Pichhola lake properties. However the property is good considering environment near to lake, greenery that was that idea to book it, unfortunately the things didn't go well. I would suggest to avoid such properties if you can. The booking agents (stayzilla) couldn't help much, may be it was not there cup of tea. I am not able to give a rating of 2 out of 5.
