Room is specious but they given less importance Service has to be improved lot .Bathroom not upto mark.No hot Water provision. Service is very poor.

Whenever time I visit in India to my business purpose I booked 1 hotel on natraj because I have to stay 2 to 3 days in hotel. Natraj is a tremendous hotel with a comfortable rooms and nice cleanness over there and I recently attend my business partner daughter marriage in Natraj they was done a fantastic job what a decoration and systematic buff system and good in service. It is located at Lahurabir.

I booked through the oyo app and room was very nice, nit and clean, there was no lift and my room was on second floor, my breakfast was included with room package but that was average, location nice because easy accessible market, railway station, and ghat also.

I stayed in this hotel only for one day and from reception view I didn't expect it to be good, but rooms were surprisely clean and even modern with huge bathroom and proper hot water. We also had problems with food, because they have only Indian food, no continental at all. And one big minus for this place they don't have lift of course stuff helping you to carry bags but still this is thing to be fix.

Hotel with good rooms but only basic facilities. No running hot water facility, no proper room service. Restaurant with dinner facility only and that too with fix thali system. Price is within range of everyone. Staff is very Good.

Firstly their reception was not good. Our train was late by 9 hours and we were tired; but their behavior seemed very rude that time. We stayed for 3 nights. The room was big enough. But the floor was not clean. I asked the service boy to clean it but he didn't. The bathroom was big too but the flash was not working. I complained but the didn't do anything. The AC can't be regulated by the customer. Its all handled by the hotel management. Hit water is available but again you have yo ask them every time to turn it on. The hotel management provided us a guide to help us visiting ghats, mandirs and other places. But they all were corrupted. They literally robbed us. a BIG NOOO for even budget travelers.
