It was just a normal stay. I frequently stay here as i know the staff very well but the quality of the food in the restaurant wasnt good.

Its Exorbitantly charged for the quality of service they provide. Room, bedsheets, toilet everything is dirty. It is not a worthy place to stay at.

My experience in this hotel was average. The staff behaviors are very good and helpful. But the thing which I dint liked was that this hotel is not located in a nice area. Hence I think before recommending this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for a weekend... The service is horrible! Room was on 5th floor... But lift didn't work. Had to climb 5 floors everytime. Couple of rooms on 5th floor, which are recently renovated are decent, rest all rooms are horrible. Maintenance is bad. Service is horrible. Specially Room Service is like as good as not available. My recommendation, do not stay here, specially if you're traveling with your better half or kids or family.

Hotel location is good, near to major 5* properties. Staffs are also good. But rooms need maintenance. Lift is also very old and noisy. Room size is good but lack of basic amenities. Cleanliness is also a problem. Room service is very slow. They have to improve a lot. Room

I reserved this hotel,this new year...but Hotel's front man said 'No Reserve,No room'...it's very bad experience....so I book as soon as different hotels...Taken a much higher prices than originally plannedFor the first time of the experience, the worst experience, here is useless

This hotel was located quite far away from the city centre, there was actually nothing. We were lucky that there's a JHV mall within walking distance, with mcdonald's, pizza hut and even english version cinema!! But other than that the location is horrible. Stray dogs at night also make it harder to go back by walk. The hotel itself is almost falling apart, quite dirty also, both the corridors and the rooms. The staff is quite rude and unrespectful, answering with questions like "what do you want?" when asking for something, and also trying to get you off the premises as soon as you check out even though the hotel was almost empty. The room wasn't good either, the bed not very comfortable, and the shower with barely hot water (even though we changed from a room where there wasn't hot water at all). There weren't also any tourists around, this is notably a budget indian hotel.

Hotel is actually not on the road, its behind another hotel accessible through a very small lane. Hotel image is slightly misleading as right in the front is an empty plot used for dumping trash. Room size is decent with en-suite washroom. Ventilation is a problem in washrooms as there is no exhaust or ventil fan. There are windows however you can't just open the windows, as people from the building right opposite to the hotel will peek in. Elevator is too small, only 4 person allowed at one time. A/C's do not run on backup, power outage is quite common and considering the hot weather in Varanasi, it was a big disappointment. Location is good as it is in the cantonment area, with a mall right within the walking distance. If you book in advance you might be able to get a good deal on 3-4 star hotel right outside on the main road i.e. Ideal Tower or Riavanta
