The hotel is situated in a very difficult area surroundings. The transport from the hotel for arrival departure is tough and there are very few options in this regards. The Room service is unpredictable...you might not get what you expect would be standard dish out of the menu. Quality is kitchen is unhealthy...I visited the Kitchen. There are virtually no options for breakfast as there is no Buffet .... you eat what is given to you.... The ceiling of the bathroom fell ...luckily when we we away from...
It was an OK experience.
It was not so good experience with this hotel. Rooms were not up to the mark it was just a basic room having all the facilities. Staffs were very good. Location was not so good the entrance of the hotel is in a narrow lane. The food needs to improve and their were very less variety in the food.
The hotel is located very inside the lane and their was not much of transpotation near the hotel. I had my breakfast in the hotel it was not so good in taste and the variety was also very less in breakfast. The service was very slow of the staffs. I won't stay again in this hotel. Rooms were basic not cleaned properly.

We stayed two nights in this hotel. Room service was best during our stay in India. We could spent best time in Varanasi! The breakfast were nice. There were Indian food and western food. So we can enjoy both of them.
They don't have good bathrooms, rooms interior was below average, basin tab doesn't work, they offer me a royal suite, but believe me it doesnt look royal in any sense, rooms are average and poor, bathroom was bad, though they tell me that their renovating is in progress. but still not recommended for faimly or luxury.
Varanasi is an incredible experience for european tourists like me. We visited Varanasi and its beautiful ghats and we liked them very much. People are very kind. Hotel Pallavi is an excellent accomodation: it is close to the main ghat: rooms are comfortable and staff at reception very kind. And what about Restaurant? Fantastic experience. Indian cuisine is the top!
Of all of the hotels we stayed in through India and Nepal this was by far the worst. The heat was stifling and there was air con only in the foyer and each room. The room air con was an antique and, after the mouse jumped out when we turned it on, it was like being next to a jetport. The room was clean enough but in the two nights we stayed the room wasn't cleaned or the meagre supplies topped up - we had to ask for them ourselves from very reluctant reception staff. We ate three meals in the restaurant and all of them were good - the restaurant staff were very attentive and helpful. It seemed that we were the only guests so the place lacked ambience. It is located off the main strip and away from the hustle and bustle - not that it could be heard over the noise of the air con - and gave easy walking access to the busy streets and the Ganges River. Good location in a classic building that should have been so much better.
Rishi and Jyoti made our stay very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay . It was like a home only to us. They even invited us for complimentary dinner on 31st Dec 2016 which really made our 31st evening a memorable one. The room which they provided us was a value for money. We thank Rishi,Jyoti and their team for making our stay a memorable one and wish them "Happy new year and a great future
