Pearl Courtyard Varanasi

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the pearl courtyard and I must say, the service truly stood out. From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. The front desk team was friendly and efficient, providing all the information I needed for a smooth stay.Thanks to shalini Manoj and Narendra.

Rooms are clean however, very small in size. Facade rooms are even more suffocating. Housekeeping team is helpful. Location is close to the temple but it is impossible to get a cab from here due to road closures. Hotel travel desk is overpriced. Not really a 4 star hotel. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall, for the price point, it's not worth it.

The standards have gone down and they are evident. It's not what you see on their website or what we had seen on our earlier visit a few years ago. The room and the bathroom were fairly ordinary for a hotel asking this kind of money. The food in their restaurant was the worst we had anywhere in Varanasi on our visit. Suraj Kumar in house keeping was brilliant - he was the only bright spot. Great attitude for a young man at the beginning of his career in hospitality. Wish him all the best. You may still choose to stay here - thanks to its location and lack of a better alternative in this area.

Great service from staff. Rooms and toilets are very clean and big enough. Staff were always ready to help with any queries and requirement! Arranged wheel chair for my mother as well! Highly recommended and A big thumbs up!

Not the Best - Not the worst. I stayed at Pearl Courtyard Dormitory, The rooms are 12 beds each which can make the feeling a little crowded. Beds are relatively clean and so is the dorm itself, dust is all over the fans and the tunnels. ONE thing I need to mention - the stuff truly helped with what needed. There was a bed bug issue so they moved me to another dorm.
