The food was good in taste of the restaurant. Staffs courteous and polite in their work. Room was spacious. It is value for money.
Even after booking a five star hotel we had a very average experience. The room was very common and interior was quite dull. The service was fine but food was not so special. I don't think it worth to be listed in a five star hotels.
It was a wonderful experience with this hotel. Staffs were caring and quick in their service. Rooms were well furnished with all the basic facilities. I had my meal in the restaurant it was amazing in taste.

The Hotel is a favourite with many international travellers just staying over night to see the Evening Rituals and take a Moring Boat Ride on the Ganges. The Hotel would benefit from a face lift but we had no complaints In regards Room or Food on our overnight stopover.
By far the worst stop over on our trip. Ambience thoroughly lacking. Hotel decor tired. Staff very unhelpful. Only one lift worked when we were there and appeared t be in no hurry to fix or advise alternative lift. Dining room big and choice .ok. We thought food was expensive for what it was. Bedrooms tired. Would not stay here again.
The hotel is tired and requires refurbishing. Bathrooms have cracked tiles, restaurant is average. As usual service is polite and attentive. Varanasi is a must see with a trip to the Ganges in the evening and early morning a highlight. See cremations at night and the locals bathing and doing their dobie in the morning. Travel by paddy rickshaw.
Is a nice western hotel. Clean, comfortable and WiFi works well. Breakfast is amazing and has a lot of options. We had other meals at the restaurants and all were good. It has a pool and a gym. Staff is nice.
Good place to stay in a crazy (and wonderful) city. Attentive staff, nice bar and restaurant, even a swimming pool. a couple km from the ghats, but easy transport via auto rickshaw or bicycle rickshaw. Recommend this for the traveler who wants a bit of peace and quiet after the wonderful (but hectic) time in Kashi, the Eternal City.
